“Sara, the bakery manager SAVED THE DAY today when Wegmans called me last-minute to cancel a cake I ordered days in advance due to the image on it. (It's was a photo of a friend of mine with Taylor Swift) She graciously made the cake with the photo with essentially no prior notice, (since Wegmans neglected to give me any notice to find a cake elsewhere) I'll only be coming to this Tops in the future for any cakes I need. Give this girl a raise!”
“TOPS is a great place to shop for food. This place is always clean and has a wonderful produce and meat department. In some stores you have to cook your meat right away or it will start turning brown but not TOPS their meat is so fresh if you need to wait a day or two you can.”
“Great variety of products. Their gas rewards are worth shopping here. Through independent health they partner with Tops on nutrition rewards for purchasing produce. I've gotten over $200 worth of gift cards for buying produce from tops. They've also got Flashfood, which helps them sell products that are almost expired for half price, which caters to a wide range of people who shop at the store.”
“I recently had a very nice experience at your store from one of your employees. Sharleen went out of her way to help me out with my grocery order!! I was having some difficulty and she recognized me struggling with my order and came and helped me out. The following week I was shopping again and she stopped what she was doing and came and said hello it’s nice to see that there are still employees that take pride in their jobs and provide great customer service, I will continue to shop there knowing employees like Sharleen make my grocery shopping experience so much better.
