“This is a really nice laundry mat! Very clean, nice big dryers they have a ton of different washing machines in all different sizes and there is always someone working there which is nice for if you were to ever need anything. They have nice change machine too, overall very nice laundry mat and they have vacuums in the parking lot if you wanna vacuum your car while your waiting, pretty cool.”

“First I would like to start by saying this is the best laundry service I have ever used. I have been living in Buffalo for last 2 years and I use to always use laundry service back home in NYC. I found this business on Facebook randomly checking out a person profile and they shared a post from the business. Went on to website which is absolutely so user friendly and they had next day pick up even. I got a confirmation call from them and they were here next morning on time. She texted me the owner Latasha I went outside because I was home and met her. We chatted for like 30’minutes because I don’t know how to stop talking. She was so kind and sweet just simply a nice good hearted person. I explained how I loved do laundry but I been so busy as single mom. She totally understood. I got a text from her stating when she be dropping off and clothes came back smelling amazing folded perfectly. I got an invoice sent to my email and they have so many options for payment ..she even accepts Afterpay payments!! I then accidentally overpaid her when trying to tip. She called me right away and was going refund me and I told her to keep it for next service she like no no I can refund it but I was so amazed and shocked by her kindness, professionalism and her over genuine personality that I knew I was going be using her service on a weekly if not bi weekly basis!!! Anyone looking for help getting caught up or just simply no access to laundry machines or just hates doing laundry make sure you reach out to L.A.S.T!! You will not be disappointed… I love to support small businesses and especially black owned family businesses. Keep up the amazing work Latasha your business is amazing thank you again!!!”
“I so rarely need a laundromat that when I do, it's usually a dreaded experience with malfunctioning machines and equipment and kids running everywhere. This laundromat is so far from the norm that it was a real treat to do our laundry here. Machines of every size to suit your needs. The machines take credit cards or quarters. There's a person staffing a desk who will sell you boxes of detergent. There's a big sink if you need to rinse something. There are regular hard chairs if you're into that, or a couch and comfy chairs and a complete living room setup with a TV and even a chalkboard for the kids to play. I hope to not need laundromats in the future, but I would totally use this place over anywhere else.”

“My 5-year-old great granddaughter puked all over her parents' bed. The oversized king comforter needed a good wash and dry. In a pinch, what to do, find a laundry. I did Towne Laundry. Took the comforter in for cleaning. The attendant recommended which washer to use. Instructed me on how to use the card machine. The laundry facility clean, prices for extra-large washer and dryers spot on. They even offer wash, dry, fold services.”

“First time here. It's a stand alone building with nothing much directly around it. Has its own parking lot with ample spaces. Most of the machines look fairly new. The majority of the machines are four loads (the smallest)They even have a some six and eight load machines. A little pricey, but what isn't these days. Many dryers also, tho some of those are older. They use quarters and have 4 coin dispensers. A old school arcade game machine with multiple games (I was a big gamer in the 80s and the joy stick doesn't work well:) Vending machines. The one employee that was there was nice and seemed to do her job efficiently. This will be my new spot, even though I don't live nearby. Worth a try!!!”

I used to go to the laundromat in Kaisertown well No more this is the place to do laundry, tell your friends and family I actually had fun doing laundry.”
“It's a great little laundromat with clean machines, clean floors, and clean folding tables. The washers and dryers accept only quarters, so they have a coin/change machine that takes paper money up to $20 bills. Triple loader is $5.50, double is $4.00. Top loaders I think are $2.00.”

“Super nice and helpful employees. Very clean and bright. Plenty of machines to go around. Utility sink available. Prices are very reasonable and my favorite part? You can use your debit or credit card. Coins are also an option but no need for an app or laundry card like so many places. Also, open 24 hours, 7 days a week.Restrooms are available for customers and parking is available.TVs are turned on and a game room is available for the kids. Plenty of tables and chairs.The only downside? They need more of the JUMBO-size washers and dryers. Only 4 JUMBO washers and 3 JUMBO dryers and 1 of those was down. Had people hovering and waiting to use these machines...which in turn made me feel rushed.”

“First time coming here and although they have a sign posted with temporary hours until 8pm, it was still open. I went ahead and did a load and left. Yes the owner removed the clothes once it was done (they do have signs saying this) and placed by the back wall. To me that was helpful and very kind.And although they do close at 8, she let me dry my clothes for an extra two hours past closing. This is amazing service in my opinion.It was $6.25 for a larger machine and $2.50 for a large dryer to run for 30 mins. They do have a coin machine, vending machines, and tv.”

“We had to wash a ton of our mother's clothes. The place is really clean and had some huge capacity washers and dryers - which made it so much easier and quicker to do. The bill exchanger was fully stocked with quarters. The attendants were really friendly.”
