Part was purchased for a truck in our fleet. Part is no good and cannot get anyone to return calls. found today 1/7/2022 that the phone is now disconnected. It is with hopes that they closed the doors people need to keep the owners name handy cause bad business people will pop up again.

Wish there was a zero to give this business. Very unethical. If you take a chance on them make certain you have everything in writing signed and dated by Tina and Rick Plauman. This includes exactly what their warranty covers or doesn't cover and the date item you purchase will be delivered, or shipped. These two things are very important if you choose to do business with them. Google this business to read all the reviews

If you will read the numerous reviews including this one, you will no doubt understand that this is a bussiness you should RUN not walk away from. Do not give this man a dime! He will make all kind of promises he will not keep. We paid up front for a engine that was promised to us within a time frame that came and gone after numerous excuses, we went to New York to pick up the engine . Ended up taking the motor not completed and missing parts that were paid for. Rick gets very defensive when confronted about agreements he has made and asked why he would lie! His answer to it all is it's done when it's done . If you got years to wait to finally get what you paid for he may be your man. Just don't believe a word that comes out of this mans mouth. Now we have to REBUY Parts that are missing plus pay labor for a job he was suppose to do plus the expense of needing to pick up the engine when he was suppose to ship it out. He is a CROOK . Do not do bussiness with him! Do you wonder why 5 police cars are sitting in front of his shop?

HI my name is John P from Quality Grinding Inc. We are a precision machine shop in Buffalo, NY. Rick form Great Lakes Diesel came into are shop asking if we could make him a set of pulleys for one of his dressed up cat motors. So we did the job and Rick comes in telling us a sob story about how he is behind on cash flow and how he was waiting to sell the motor for payment. Well taking him as an honest man I let him take all but the largest pulley after he said he would come in the following week with payment and pick up the last pulley. Well that never happened. I placed call after call to try and get some feedback and still haven't received any responses or payment. Rick is a dishonest man and hope people will see this before doing business with him.
