“Usually I wouldn't step foot into this establishment i went to family dollar on Seneca st last night store #7610 went into the store again because of a employees excellent customer service her Name is Naudia . I know how it is to work for this company I worked there for 10 yrs as a store manager they don't treat employees top notch . But this girls customer service was top notch . I was impressed and if someone can tell a employee that . That really makes their day and I'm sure she loved being told .”

“Great store to buy many things. It's like a dollar store but with lots of other products you don't find at dollar stores. They sell no food. It is fun to shop there cause they have a huge number of things to buy from shoes to clothes to hardware.”

“This store has a lot of well known products plus some basic brands at a great price. I honestly buy some stuff here rather than Wegmans or Walmart because of the pricing. And a big plus for me is that I find several Mexican products and other basic ones that I like more than in other store chains.”

“I've shopped at most of the locations in WNY and this by far was cleanest and most organized store. Everything was lined up and brought to the front of the shelves. The meat department was 5 star, beautiful cuts and all appeared fresh. I will drive the additional 15minutes to shop at this location again.”

“Some of the shelves had empty spaces, but this store had the BEST selection of kids clothes I’ve ever seen at a DG. A lot of the new ones don’t carry clothes. The women’s and men’s are in separate isles and they are LOW. I’m a short person and to constantly comb thru clothes that are above my head. Is crazy and annoying. They also had the MOST easter stuff I’ve seen in any store. One of my new favs. :)”

I would say its a bit unorganized but no fault of their own,as I can imagine floor planning must be difficult since they deal with a constant change of inventory. The bathrooms are not so great and the cleanliness of the place is below average. Overall just watch your step and enjoy the prices. Their rug selection is fantastic.”

Only problem is that the stuff you get does last long and every now and then the thing like earphones and certain stuff won't work or will for a week maybe two. Before you have to go back and get the same thing again. However. The workers in the store are friendly and do their best to make your shopping trip a good one.”

“I always love coming here. There are different things here every week. Now they have $3, $4, and $5 items in the store. Nice items like t-shirts, ear buds, name brand foods, and energizer batteries. They just need more people working on weekends because the lines were down the aisles.”
