“Not from Lackawanna area (on vacation) but forgot needle tips for an insulin pen.P Called Rite Aid Lackawanna and the person answering the phone could not have been nicer and more helpful. I arrived at the store and found out it was the pharmacist, Danielle, who answered the phone (I thought it would be a pharm tech). She was incredibly helpful with my myriad of questions. She is nice, warm, and for me, incredibly knowledgeable. And Happy Birthday, again, Danielle! ❤️”

“Update:It has opened! With warm air inside! Super helpful!Prev.SOS! We are four students stucked in the car here for blizzard emergency. We went there before and the store stuff was super nice and told us it is 24 hours, however we tried very hard to walk from the car to the front door of Speedway store and there is someone inside but did not open the door. And the phone number was not available at all as well. I definitely understand their concern and appreciate their help at the night, but if they can help let us in for getting a bit warm and some food or using the washroom , that would be extremely helpful for helping us getting through the critical survival conditions. “The selection is great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful,and the only problem I have is with other customers demanding to be seen first even when going to a checkout that is not staffed and marked as closed. A lot of people are entitled in this world, and they make everything else more difficult for the people who are following the rules.
I commend the staff for dealing with these difficult customers, and I would recommend going here if you have a good head on your shoulders.
