I’ve stayed at this location a few times years ago for events, with no issue. This past weekend my boyfriend and I booked a room. We checked in around 8PM. Everything was fine until around 2AM, the next door neighbors started blaring music. It was a Saturday so we tried to give them some grace. It stopped after awhile so we thought everything would be okay. Shortly after, they start screaming at one another loudly. It kept going on so my boyfriend decided to go to the front desk. He explained how I didn’t feel safe (as it was happening right next door to us) and that we would be checking out. The woman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. My boyfriend asked for a refund and was told to call back the next morning to talk to the manager and that she’d leave her a note too. We then proceeded to take the 30 minute drive home, feeling like we’d be able to be helped out in the morning. My boyfriend called multiple times and no one even answered the phone. He then proceeded to call Priceline, who we booked through. They need confirmation from the hotel so they also tried calling, with no answer. Later he tried the hotel back, no answer. He called corporate La Quinta; they also tried to help call the hotel and no answer. This took up almost all of our day. We eventually decided to go on with our day as we had errands to run. We were out close to the hotel so decided to stop in and see what was going on. We pulled into the parking lot and noticed no cars were even in the parking lot. The woman at the front desk told us she could not help us as she was not the manager. We explained how we and the other companies had tried calling the building and there was no answer. She then lied to us and said there was a power outage; I have family that live near by so I know that wasn’t true. We were told to try calling AGAIN the following day to get a hold of the manager, who we were also told was in and out of the building and “I’m not really sure what time she will be in/leaving.” At this point it’s just a frustrating experience trying to deal with getting a refund. We were also told that we should’ve called down to the front desk and the arguing couple would’ve been removed. Which, since they were screaming at one another, I don’t know how that would’ve been a safe option. I don’t know how they would’ve reacted to their neighbors complaining about the noise. We figured we’d just drive home the 30 minutes so at least we were safe. I’m not blaming the hotel for the loud guests, but they could and should, be handling the situation a lot better. Still dealing with trying to get this handled. Definitely will not be booking to stay here again.

Average price for average accommodation.Floors are thin so recommend third floor. We had kids running up and down the hall at 9pm on the second floor but the staff eventually put a stop to it.Bathroom fan was completely caked with dust and build up. Needs a simple cleaning. Shower was fine but very noisy squeeky shower door (sorry neighbours). Towels were soft and fluffy. Paul Mitchel soaps was a nice touch.Bed pillows had a highly unusual crunchy texture and bed was springy. HVAC worked fine. Bedding had small marks and stains.Pets are allowed so the smell was apparent in the lobby but the room smell was ok.Complementary breakfast was basic. Waffle station was good.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Do NOT stay here!!- Rude lady at front desk (racist). No smiles, no greeting- Hair on pillowcases- Dirty bathroom without enough towels (couldn’t even get extras)- We weren’t given an extra bed despite indicating on the booking- Cold water for tea, cold coffee, cold eggs, rotting fruit, stale bread- Leftover food in the fridge (aka room wasn’t cleaned from last customer)- Room wasn’t even ready on check in- Credit Card machine doesn’t work- Pool was closed without any prior notice- Nobody at front desk, ever- No housekeeping

We booked this hotel for a weekend in the Buffalo area where we were a little bit all over the place. The final features for choosing this hotel over others were the breakfast which was included and the pool. The positives with this site is that the rooms were absolutely beautiful! The beds and pillows were fantastic, the rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was absolutely perfect. The customer service from every single employee that we interacted with was absolutely brutal. Each employee gave a vibe that they hated the fact that woke up that morning and were at work at that moment. We felt, even simple friendliness was abandoned as nobody smiled or even greeted you. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of terrible. The first is that on a weekend it is done by 9 AM. My daughter and I arrived the first morning around 8:30am to find just about nothing on the buffet, except for cereal and waffles. There was not even coffee. Our solution was to wake up even earlier the day after and it was not any better. When eggs finally came out, they were ice cold. There was zero fruit available and the staff there both days were nothing short of miserable. The gym clearly, had not had any housekeeping attention in sometime. The rollout mat to do sit ups on was full of odour and covered in mold. The television was broken, and the water cooler though was plugged in dispensed, warm water. Speaking of housekeeping, the rooms did not receive any housekeeping we were not told that that was protocol, but still not thrilled that we did not receive it. Remember, I ended up choosing this hotel over others for the breakfast buffet, which was an absolute fail, and the pool. Upon check-in, we were told that the pool was closed. This was not indicated anywhere on their website as the front desk lady casually mentioned it without an apology. We went to have a quick peek at the pool anyways because it did look wonderful in the pictures. Any other time I’ve been at a hotel when the pool has been closed it’s been pretty evident as it is usually under construction and the pool itself is drained. The pool in this case looked absolutely perfect. My guess? The fact that the rest of the hotel was dirty and clearly the staff did not have any pride in where they worked, I think the pool was closed because nobody wanted to clean it. I would never choose to stay in a La Quinta hotel ever again. I would suggest that you read all of the reviews and steer clear if customer service, an included breakfast, and a working pool or something you were looking for.

The lady at the counter was very racist and disrespectful I was very disappointed. Do not DO NOT book here don’t let them waste you time. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE EVER Seen. Holiday inn down the street in Hamburg ny is the best. The lady over there was very nice and checked in less than 3 minutes. Place looks so clean and neat.

It’s crazy that this place is a functioning business. Good luck getting in touch with the front desk let alone trying to get your money back after having an awful nights stay. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate and making sure whoever runs this place loses their job.

DONT DONT DONT STAY HERE!!!!! I had a bigger truck was woken up to move it, so I did. I walk back in to the owner yelling at me about the size of the truck and I should of told her about my truck. Then told me to get out in the middle of a blizzard! Never again! And a side note DONT use Expedia because they don't go to bat for the customer in situations like this!

I'm so disappointed by this hotel.I was able to find their parking lot, in the middle of yesterday's snow storm. I barely made it from the parking lot to the front door. I ran in with my two girls calling for help. The woman at the desk told me they "were fully booked" which was hard to believe. The parking lot was empty! I almost thought they were closed. We argued for a short period of time, because she told me that I "couldn't stay in the lobby for long". When I asked where she'd like me to go, she reiterated that "I could stay, but not for long". I was floored and one of my girls started to cry, fearful we would be kicked out. The worker than approached us, while sitting quietly and told me not to let the kids run down the halls. They were quietly sitting with me...and weren't making a sound.About 45 minutes later, they had a cancelation and offered me a room...for $349.She then told me if the roads opened and we were able to leave, she wouldn't refund my money. Talk about hospitality.I then spent $38 on toothpaste, frozen pizza, water and a candy bar.I'm thankful that I had a roof over my head! However, they took advantage of me and my wallet.

Given a dirty room with left over food in the fridge. The staff are a bunch of liers. If you have a problem record the convo. I checked in Dec 27th 2023, I checked in at 10pm. Go upto my room. Left over pizza in the fridge, no towels, open soap and not clean. I called front desk and they told me to come down to get the towels. But they offered to come take the left over pizza. No room change or nothing.the next morning I asked the front desk for the manager and they said he is on vacation spending time with his family as they are off from school, which I understand but no one can help me with anything. But they promise my room will be clean for tonight. When I talked to Expedia, they told Expedia that asked me why I didn't take the refund. "Well I didn't take it because the staff didn't offer it, and only manager could assist me". So the staff don't like to help you and just spread lies. Stay away from this hotel. They don't clean the rooms.

We had a really nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, though, so my son was a little sad about that.Rooms: Clean and decent. Look to be recently renovated.

It looked nice when walking in even had a good smell but as you continue to walk through you can tell it needs better maintenance/cleaning protocool. The pillow cases seemed as if they were reused, the bathroom was very gross and that was the cherry on top. There was what seemed to be rat or roach droppings the shower was DIRTY stained black and it was just very unpleasant after such a long day of work and driving.

Lamps were not plugged in. There was no Kleenex anywhere in the room. Lots of mold in the bathroom! Breakfast was interesting, the orange juice definitely did NOT taste like orange!! The what was supposed to be cranberry juice was just water! All yogurt in the fridge were expired! There was never anyone at the front desk, we left at 8am and there was no one to be found. Same thing the evening before when we came back from dinner there was no one to be found at the front desk.

The room was severely overpriced because we stayed there on a Thursday night when the Bills were playing so they charged us well over $300 for a room that would have been better fit for wild animals and likely cost less than $60. The sheets were most certainly not clean, and had actual dirt and grime on them. The lobby stunk and they had us park in an area where we could not see our vehicle even though the parking lot was largely empty (we were pulling a 16' trailer). I guess I didn't realize that the Bills were playing and might have been able to make a reservation somewhere else a few weeks in advance had I thought about it, knowing that we would likely be in Buffalo that Thursday night but road trips often don't place us in an exact location on a specific day, especially when we are 1000 miles from home. I would rate this place as a negative if I could. Don't bother staying here unless you plan on sleeping in filth.

I stayed here last night and was visibly having an allergic reaction to the filthy room they gave me. I had an asthma attack and my face was completely swollen. I went down to the front desk to ask for a new room. They said they couldn't. Even tho that place never has business! There were o ly four cars in the parking lot.So I went back up to my room and stayed another hour and I couldn't bare it anymore. So again went to the front desk to ask for a new room, again they denied me. Isn't this industy all about hospitality? Well I then woke up and while I was leaving I just so happened to see two cleaning lady's in the lounge area just watching TV. So they defiantly weren't too busy cleaning room because they were at capacity. I'll never stay here again and recommend that nobody does either.
