My 32 yr old Dodge van had windshield wiper breakdown, as I started a long day of driving, miraculously close to this Dodge dealer! Mark was happy to help & the service techs were able to jury-rig a fix, parts for this old van are hard to come by, but they got the wipers wiping in short order. So kind! Thanks a million!!”

“Highly recommend! Phinney’s was able to make me an appointment for my NYS inspection quickly (my fault for procrastinating!) and dropping off/picking up my vehicle was a breeze. I love that I got an appointment update via text and was able to pay my bill electronically. They were fantastic about confirming my after-hours pickup and making sure I knew how to access my keys from the lock box.

“Was eyeballing a nice Mercedes C300 there and filled out the app. I had a car to trade and they did not try to lowball my nice trade or make excuses to give me less money. I am pretty well versed in buying and selling cars myself and was impressed. I got a beautiful luxury car with ease there and they were very thorough. I will definitely go there again in the future. Love that I got the car of my dreams and it was seamless! I prefer a small, family owned dealership. They don't have their inventory by the office for no pressure browsing and you can take your time to see all the cars, so if no one is there that is why. I love my Benz and I highly recommend!! No long loans either (just 3 years) so you aren't stuck paying for a car for 5-6 years. Thank you!”
