This bank is the absolute worst. While all the other local banks have opened their lobbies, this branch's lobby is closed. It has only one drive-up window and you must be in a vehicle to use it. People are not allowed to walk up to the window. The teller was unbelievably incompetent. We waited behind only one vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we waited for another ten minutes as she was unable to process the deposit, we asked if her supervisor could help. Eventually a supervisor came and processed the deposit in a few seconds.

Another day where the ATM is down, no one can go into see a teller and the line for the drive up teller is an hour plus. This bank is terrible and have not prepared theirselves on how to help customers during this pandemic. As I sit in my car waiting, there are people angry because they were just told to go to another atm to get money. Those people have every right to be mad. This bank is terrible. I can't even close my account because I can never see a teller and calling the 800 number is pointless. I DONT recommend this bank.

Went to this branch today with a friend who withdrew 7,500 dollars to buy a car.... left bank at 931 am walked around the corner(900 feet) to deposit money in sellers account at Citizens bank. Time stamp for deposit there is 947. They find in all the money one fifty dollar bill is counterfeit. Branch manager comes and gives us her card and number and says go back to Wells Fargo and tell them to call her.... we had arrived in citizens bank 5 minutes after leaving Wells Fargo with money still in envelope their teller gave us. We return to Wells Fargo and are told they have no responsibility once money leaves the premises. They do their "due diligence " by scanning all incoming bills so there is no way they could have given us a fake bill. Ergo.... we must have swapped it was the implication. We received no satisfaction from this branch and this kid is just out money. I am currently on hold with corporate customer service for 40 minutes now to file an official complaint....

This branch was so friendly and helpful, Carlos R. was great and helped us with any questions we had. Only Wells Fargo near Albany but definitely worth the drive they were great.
