I have so many negative comments. Buyer beware when adding a phone to your account. They don't replace batteries. They send you to an 800# . You think the problem is solved... even talked to supervisor. They send you back to store. The result is horrible. You waste a ton of time. I am done with verizon.

I never usually leave any reviews on anything but I had to share the experience I had today. Long story short, I had trouble purchasing my new iPhone because I was locked into a deal at another location and couldn’t cancel it. James went ABOVE and beyond to help me! He was on the phone with a Verizon representative the entire time of my visit helping me answer any questions I had. He helped me get a new phone and even advocated for me to look into refunds on other fees. James is a fantastic employee. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to see while you go to this location!

Totally happy with the service and expert assistance we received from all employees, especially Lexi, our sales associate. She was friendly, helpful, and a great listener as to meeting our needs. I have to say from the moment we entered the Verizon Store we felt comfortable. A shout out for Sal as well!

Avoid this Verizon store at all cost! Do what you have to go to another location if you must use Verizon. The sales people are rude and not very helpful. I have been to on their Verizon location and have not experienced this. Lease visit another Verizon store.

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever delt with in my entire life. All I wanted was a new iPhone. They made me wait over 3 hours to tell me they couldn't help me until I had the account owner with me. Came back the next day with the account owner and they made me wait another 2 hours before they helped me. They reps kept helping other people who came in after me and kept telling me I was next when I clearly wasn't. They gave me a hard time and then didn't even have the phone I wanted. Complete waste of time and these cell phone companies are glorified mobs. I will be changing companies and will be using Google Fi from now on since it's extremely easy and I don't have to worry about going into a store

Felt like a nuisance to stop and asking for help. Personally I felt wasting their time. Still not fixed problems and seems they could care less. Walk in and we'll get to you in order. By the way you have 90 minute wait. F U .

Dont look for help here....they flat out lie. Told me it was impossible to activate either of my 4G phones. The next day i called verizon tech support and activated one with no problem.

Absolutely not enough people to help. Stood in line for 45 minutes, I should have followed the lead of people that came in after me and left. 45 minutes to be told there are still 2 people ahead of me. Don’t waste your time here - they do not care.

Mahir is the manager there that I dealt with today. Now I know why this store has such bad reviews. This individual made negative statements around customers. I seen people leaving this location while I was waiting for over an hour!!!! Please remove this manager how many more complaints do we need to have? Please join me in boycotting this business I will be going there every day until I see some kind of change in customer service.

I've been going to this store for a couple years now for any questions I might have about my plan, to purchase insurance for my phone, or just to buy a new phone. I've worked with many different employees there and I've always had a great experience.Today, I felt like leaving a review because I wanted to highlight the outstanding experience that I've had working with James.The last couple times I've gone to Verizon, I've had the pleasure of working with him and he has always greeted me with a smile and provided amazing customer service. Although they always seem to be VERY busy at this store, you will see him running around working his *** off trying to help as many people as he can. When it is my turn to be helped though, he doesn't make me feel rushed and goes through every question I might have and provides excellent service. He'll explain all the benefits of their service plans, insurance plans, or pros and cons to different phones, but he isn't pushy, aggressive, and doesn't make me feel like he's trying to upsell to me to hit some kind of quota. I truly feel like he cares and is giving me great advice and allows me to make the decision that is best for me.As I stated early, I've never had a bad experience here and would recommend chatting with anyone, but if you have the pleasure to meet James, you're in for a treat. Make sure to say hello as well for me :)

Fast service this time. We didn't have to wait. Patrick was very knowledgeable (he said he was there 13 years). My wife got a new phone and watch and we were out in 1 hour. Only 4 stars instead of 5 due to constantly trying to upsell everything.

So I came In today and yes I was a few days behind in turning in my trade in iPhone but they basically shut me down and said there was nothing they can do for me and were very stand off.and unhelpful , didn’t even tryI’m a chef. It’s been so hard actually time to turn it in . That’s 400$ lost and we are all human. Surely there’s something you could have done.. anyways I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years so I sat in my car and called customer service and the woman on the phone was so apologetic and helped me step by step return my phone to the ups store which was right by the verizon store and even wrote a follow up note on my account that the store refused to help me out-you guys should definitely work on your customer service l! So rudeHappy with my new phone but this store is so rude and just shut me down .

five stars simply because two customers came in and started screaming and throwing tantrums to the point one of the workers had to threaten to call the cops, and the worker stayed fine and civil. i feel so terrible for the people who work here and while i don't know how much they get paid, i don't think it's enough.

Very disappointing. Manager (Mahir) of the store was rudely turning away customers almost an hour before the store closes. 4 associates standing around the register area. I wanted to purchase a phone mount and receive my discount. Discount was denied by the manager saying he didn’t have time. What’s the point of that, then? They clearly want to close on time on a Friday, not help customers who have supported their business for decades. Shameful. Time to look elsewhere folks. Please have district manager contact me regarding Mahir’s behavior it was unbecoming of a customer service employee.
