On this day 6 6 2024 I tried as a last resort to get help from a person since I tried all morning to get a representative which every phone number I called sent me to a person with an accent I couldn't understand.There was two young girls , one I believe her name was Jalen and the other I believe was Lexi . T he one who claimed to be a manager gave me to the girl I believe was Lexi. Lexi sent me a message instead of helping g me verbally. I refused to open the message because I don't understand technology well and I am standing in front of her. She told me if I didn't open the message she wouldn't help me .I asked a young Man if he could help me when he was done with his customer and and the manager spoke up and told him not to help me. There was another young boy named Patrick who also refused to help me based on his managers request. There is a serious problem with the dynamics with the Verizon store at KINGSTON NY ON ULSTER AVE .

Staff was extremely unhelpful today. The woman I worked with lacks any kind of quality customer service skills, I asked for help accessing my account and she just sat there until I asked her if she's waiting on me for something. She said yea I am. At least communicate to me what you need me to do instead of sitting there with your music playing on your headphones playing with your phone.
Ridiculous, I will be contacting corporate to let them know this location is absolutely unacceptable.

Excellent service today provided by Sal. They were super busy when I came in and he did everything to have me out the door by the time I needed to go to work. He set me up with a new phone and made it so easy. His friendly attitude and willingness to genuinely help me was so refreshing. He needs a raise! Thanks Sal!

I have so many negative comments. Buyer beware when adding a phone to your account. They don't replace batteries. They send you to an 800# . You think the problem is solved... even talked to supervisor. They send you back to store. The result is horrible. You waste a ton of time. I am done with verizon.

I never usually leave any reviews on anything but I had to share the experience I had today. Long story short, I had trouble purchasing my new iPhone because I was locked into a deal at another location and couldn’t cancel it. James went ABOVE and beyond to help me! He was on the phone with a Verizon representative the entire time of my visit helping me answer any questions I had. He helped me get a new phone and even advocated for me to look into refunds on other fees. James is a fantastic employee. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to see while you go to this location!

Totally happy with the service and expert assistance we received from all employees, especially Lexi, our sales associate. She was friendly, helpful, and a great listener as to meeting our needs. I have to say from the moment we entered the Verizon Store we felt comfortable. A shout out for Sal as well!

Avoid this Verizon store at all cost! Do what you have to go to another location if you must use Verizon. The sales people are rude and not very helpful. I have been to on their Verizon location and have not experienced this. Lease visit another Verizon store.

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever delt with in my entire life. All I wanted was a new iPhone. They made me wait over 3 hours to tell me they couldn't help me until I had the account owner with me. Came back the next day with the account owner and they made me wait another 2 hours before they helped me. They reps kept helping other people who came in after me and kept telling me I was next when I clearly wasn't. They gave me a hard time and then didn't even have the phone I wanted. Complete waste of time and these cell phone companies are glorified mobs. I will be changing companies and will be using Google Fi from now on since it's extremely easy and I don't have to worry about going into a store

Felt like a nuisance to stop and asking for help. Personally I felt wasting their time. Still not fixed problems and seems they could care less. Walk in and we'll get to you in order. By the way you have 90 minute wait. F U .

Dont look for help here....they flat out lie. Told me it was impossible to activate either of my 4G phones. The next day i called verizon tech support and activated one with no problem.
