Although I received a confirmation email for my passport renewal, when I arrived, they said they didn't see an appointment for me. The rep was nice and assisted me anyway since they weren't busy. The entire process took about 15 minutes. I had a great experience renewing my passport at this location!

Mail has been lost, never delivered, stolen from, or even sent back to sender even though the address is valid. Worst post office ever. People do not even pick up the phone and when the phone finally picks up it’s a busy signal.Why can’t the carriers be from their respected post offices anymore?

Kingston NY Post office refuses to answer any phone calls to anyone who calls this is rediculous they ignore usps customers phone calls poor employees no star I’m angry I can call throughout the week and nobody picks the phone up at this location action needs to be done

For some reason they keep sending my mail back to sender now and saying that there is not receptacle for delivering it...but the same MAILBOX is there that has always been. Maybe its a new post worker who cant see the mailbox because its on the road and not in front of the door? I am now running out of my prescription medication and still have not been able to receive it because of this. They also do not answer the phone, so I am going to drive 30 min into town in order to tell them I still have a mailbox...I want to believe in the postal system so much and I know it is under-staffed, but this is not good for people who get their medications in the mail and need the service to function.

I had a very distracted morning..I went in to the Kingston post office (smith street) to mail a priority letter and I put cash out $50 bill. To pay for the fees.. I was redirected to something else... It was my fault for not paying closer attention but as I counted my cash later I realized I was $50 short.. thanks to “ Karen ” I paid $50 more.. to send my priority letter.. lesson learned.. I’ll never bring cash again. Yes it’s my fault yes I should pay more attention but seriously you can’t let your guard down for second ..

Overall exactly great. We are from California and when nothing owing is given we have fought right out of Kingston for humane right that everybody wanted you to forfeit. Scheduled redelivery of parcel not left on Friday for Saturday. Rather than redeliver a parcel the carrier elected not to deliver anything down this street.

1. I Can't Get Informed Delivery For My Location.2. They Have Lost My Mail Five Days In A Row.3. They Have Been Letting A Former Roommate Steal My Mail Despite Them Not Being On The Lease.4. The Mail Never Comes On Time Sometimes Its Close To Dark Or Late Afternoon.5. They Put My Mail In Other Peoples Box's Throughout The Street.(If There Was A Lower Rating Than One Star Then That Would Be It)

I complained to the supervisor I'm disabled senior I use a walker which is hard for me to use.on lid of mailbox big letters LEAVE LID OPEN.regular mail man excellent sub below poor rating.young black man I watch him insert mail closes lid.ACT OF KINDNESS he doesn't know the meaning.he worked 5/19 lid closed kool no mail I struggle to go out on porch to go outside open lid inside mail
