My next day air package package will be delivered in four days. Any changes in delivery will cost extra. Every time I purchase something online I ask the sellers NOT to deliver with UPS because I know I will only have issues. Late packages, extra fees, always delivering when you are at work... If you request FedEx to deliver after work, THEY WILL. UPS will try 3 times and then return to sender. I you ask then to hold, no wait, THAT COSTS EXTRA AND LET'S ADD AN EXTRA DAY for your troubles. Why use this delivery company when FedEx actually cares for the costumers and USPS has locations in every town you can pick up your packages for no extra fee and no extra day? I dream with the day this company will cease to exist and will be replaced with something that actually works and cares for the consumers. Until that day comes, I will continue to ask sellers NOT to use UPS and avoid those sellers who do.

I have the UPS app. You can follow your delivery. I was suppose to receive a package 12/17. The truck stopped at my house but didn’t leave anything (have them on camera). I called UPS and was told they would send the driver a message and have him call me. He never called. I followed the delivery truck from my neighborhood all the way back to Kington. All UPS did was change the time of delivery from 6pm to 9pm. At 9pm, I still didn’t have my package and knew long before that, I wasn’t getting my package. All I got from UPS was lie after lie.To the “Response from the Owner”: Sending a message to you does not get an answer. I have tried that twice and am still waiting for a reply.

I can say UPS has been more consistent than FedEx and USPS when it comes to my packages and deliveries. Just wished they delivered to my area on the weekend as well.

Nothing but trouble from UPS for the last couple years. They require a signature on everything even when the shipper says no. All started a few years ago with a BAD delivery driver who could not for the life on him get the deliveries right, it became a running joke with our neighbors, getting together after deliveries at night to exchange for the correct packages. After complaining multiple times just trying to get it right we have now ended up on some kind of "list" where they WILL NOT leave anything without a signature. It's ridiculous! We have jobs, We can't be there. I have multiple times checked with the shipper about signature required and everyone tells me no! The local UPS distribution center is the one making my life difficult other than spite for their prior poor performance.

*DEAR GOOGLE: I AM NOT A UPS EMPLOYEE BECAUSE I DECLINED THEIR OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT*I was looking for something part time, either during the overnight, or very early morning hours, for extra money to invest in stocks & crypto. On 11/16/21, I was hired online, as an early AM package handler at this Kingston NY location & was sent an email shortly thereafter, with instructions regarding proper footwear & work ID documents, to start work on 11/23/21 (tomorrow) at 5:30AM, to also expect a call from an "HR representative" a couple days before my start date, & that the position paid "UP TO" $17.00 an hour. So, because I've never started work at any job, before having obviously come to agreement on salary or hourly wage, I waited for that call from HR, to find out if I'd actually be making the $17, or if it was one of those bait & switch job ads, designed to get folks in the door, then low-ball them. But the call from HR never came.Instead, on Friday, 11/19/21, 3 days AFTER I'd already COMPLETED my online application, passed the background check & SCHEDULED my first day of work, I start receiving texts, first at 7:02AM, stating to "please complete the required forms and schedule your first day of work," followed by another text at 7:45AM, stating, "We look forward to seeing you on 11/23 at 5:30 AM for your first day of work! Check out this important info and let us know if you have any questions by replying here or calling...(number redacted)."So at this point, I called the number, thinking perhaps they could tell me what my hourly wage would ACTUALLY be, before I sprang for the work boots, Dr. Scholl's inserts, Tommy Coppers & the whole bit.But instead, I got someone overseas, who didn't have any wage information, but gave me a direct number to the work location.I called at 2PM, because as you can see, this location is listed as "CLOSED" until 2PM, & spoke with a hurried & annoyed woman named Linda, who informed me that there "was no HR department" & that there was, get this, "NO AM package handler shift."She said that the supervisor Victor, had already left for the day, but I could try reaching him the next day (Saturday).I tried again at 2PM Saturday, got a very polite, cool guy named Will, who stated that Victor had again "already left for the day," but that he would contact Victor to have him reach out to me.Will called me back like 2 minutes later, stating that he had indeed reached Victor & that Victor would contact me on Monday. (Today). When I didn't hear from Victor today, I called this location one final time, around noon, because I didn't want to risk missing Victor...yet again.I got another hurried & annoyed woman named Megan.Megan informed me that Victor was, & I can't even make this up, "off on Saturdays & Mondays" then hung up.So, I called back & informed Megan that due to the bad taste in my mouth from choking on all the red flags this job situation raised, that I'd actually NOT be joining their team, bid her good day & ended the call. It's a shame too, because with 25 years experience delivering first class solutions, I was confident that I could help UPS meet the challenge of their holiday demand. With both practical experience & demonstrated success, I have the drive & the talent to have quickly become one of their top performers.I am a skilled communicator, with the flexibility & experience required to adjust to frequently shifting priorities & rapidly changing schedules, demonstrating excellent attendance & punctuality regardless of shift.I exercise consistently sound judgment & organized decision making in high-pressure settings, along with a gift for rising above workplace politics, in favor of working toward solutions.I firmly advocate personal responsibility & positive energy above all else, in the workplace.Given my business philosophy & invaluable expertise, I was excited abo

I was sending a box of baby things down to our new Granddaughter. I wrote a little message on the box for our granddaughter and wouldn't you know it, the woman plunks the label down right on the spot where I had just pointed it out to her about the message!

Their Customer Center sorted out my problem in tracking a package that was routed to post office. I was not provided a tracking number by Target Online. The post office could not help. The UPS Customer Service Center provided a tracking number right away. They were competent and courteous. The package was at the post office in fact. They have arrangement with UPS called Shurpost. UPS is my preferred shipper for decades.

The reason im giving this company 4 stars is because of the driver i just spoke to. well spoke respectful etc. the lady at the desk sheer disrespect. I hope as you read this review this allows you to understand that this might not be the company to go to if your looking to a nice lady at the desk and if the manager is reading this the log for today is 1:27 pm April, 22 , 2021 you need to do staff meetings under this standard i have a 3,200 dollar product onboard your carrier and i have to say i am complaining here as my time was switched 3 times 8-10am to 1pm to 7pm and luckily the driver just noted me that he will be here the front desk did inform me of this but the sheer rudeness was just not called for. I just want to note that i am a Local Guide. and this comment means something and i hope this allows your company to have more meetings upon making sure respectfulness is top priority and that updating peoples emails should be an option so people don't have to call in to check in. but please she was not absurdly rude but rude enough i just called 30 minutes later asking for an update to see if i should expect any delays in a nice manner as i always do and it was not a nice response that i got or i guess you can say tone as i said i hope this will come up in your meetings in the manner of just saying making the customer feel like he/she is being heard and that just respect is top prio i cant imagine if i was rude what response i would've gotten

Called the UPS store for some guidance regarding a package, because they're the ones who had my package and we're supposed to deliver it.. so I thought I had done the logical thing Called and some rude, nasty haggard woman answered named Megan.. such an attitude and dismissive as well . I DO NOT WORK FOR UPS, SO HOW WOULD I KNOW ALL YOUR PROTOCOLS. Smh. Never again. And I've seen others complain about her, maybe someone should do their job and reprimand the poor customer service.. or is that only type of low down people in Kingston?

Don't don't go here go to Poughkeepsie, the people there are much nicer!!Went in to ship a legally owned firearm for service via airmail as it was a handgun per UPS policy and the woman working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. She seemed to be anti-gun and demanded an FFL license of the place I was shipping to which is not stated anywhere in UPS policies. I have shipped multple firearms at the UPS customer center in Poughkeepsie and Yorktown and they never demanded an FFL. I wasted an hour driving there. Also while I was there a man was trying to locate a lost package and she was extremely rude to him and unhelpful she told him there was nothing she could do. In a separate incident My fiancee had ordered textbooks for school and she had them held for pickup at the customer center since our home is hard to find for UPS drivers and they often complain about not being able to locate our address. So when she called to ask if they were there the woman that answered said that my fiancee wasn't allowed to do that and next time if she did it again they would toss them out to the garbage.
