Great store. I used for a number of mailings, and whether it was overnighting perishables to packing and guaranteed delivery, services met all expectations. Staff were always helpful and professional. Wait times were never excessive.

Great customer service by Todd!! Went out of his way to help me sort out a damaged auction house item that was packed and shipped. Prompt and professional email responses, dealt with the auction house for me also, and connected me with the right people. Great teamwork!! A+++++++

I come here often. Today I interacted with someone with a septum piercing. He was super passive aggressive & a little rude..I forgot my ID but I did have the confirmation that my package was delivered. He could have handled the situation differently. & if I needed to go get my ID I could have. He said he would make an exception..so I politely said thank you so much I genuinely didn’t mean to be a pain & he quite literally said nothing. lol Like I said I would have had no issue walking out & coming back with my ID.

I sent sensitive legal documents overnight. They were lost. Despite repeated assurances that they would be delivered, over a week later, they have not been. UPS itself has no customer service representatives. You are stuck with dealing with the UPS store in Kingston. They give you great lip service, but are useless. I was told repeatedly, not to worry, that the package would be delivered the next day. Apparently UPS corporate ignores the. What is also problematic is that they require you to file a claim in order to trace your package. By filing the claim you are waiving important legal rights. Despite my specific instructions to not to do, the store filed a claim and waived my rights. They did not show me the waiver in advance or explain to me that the claim had to be filed in order for my package to be traced which is ludicrous. If you are sending any documents of importance use FEDEX or DHL. I have had better experience with the Postal Service.

We went to the UPS Store to send a fax and mail a large Christmas package of assorted sizes and shapes. I just want to thank the employees that helped us. They were efficient, courteous, and above all got the job done! They knew exactly what was needed. Package arrived in New Mexico safe and sound. Thank you for your excellent service !!

They say they do notary services but then nitpick on what you are having notarized. Going to this place was a waste of time. They should hire adults versus children. 11/2/23: Good luck with that Todd. Your people need training, whether you will admit it or not.

Came in with a book to ship that needed to be treated delicately. Jomar, who could be the Lionel Messi of UPS employees, had that thing measured, in the perfect sized box, and with the perfect amount of packaging around it before I knew what was happening. Incredibly efficient, so helpful, answered additional questions about their printing services while he was mid packaging, and did it all while keeping things funny and down to earth. Legit walked out of this place feeling like I wanted to go back later just to hang with the crew there.
