Not just a solid institution but a centrally located and prominent feature of Uptown Kingston. A charming building with a traditional warm wood interior, it is also well-fitted with professional bankers. Bankers who have never failed to impress with competence, flexibility and friendliness.There are now rumbings of consolidating this office with the nice but definitely more modern so-called Main Branch located nearby at a rather intimidating intersection of commerce and traffic. I say the reverse should happen! The very nice people there should be brought to the more entrenched offices. A bank is more than a collection of policies, offices and officers... it is a central concern to the people who bank there. Not just customers but bankers too.Thanks!

I cannot say enough about the team on wall st. They are all wonderful but a special experience with Rosa. My dad who has health issues opened a business account. She was so accommodating to his needs and made him feel right at home. It was a pleasurable experience for him. Now He looks forward to visiting bank again.

This is the best bank I have ever been associated with and I’m 77 and have lived in California and Pennsylvania.It seems everyone with whom I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. The insurance division has saved me a few hundred dollars with car and home coverage.They are supporters of the community. Thanks USB!

Ulster Bank on Wall St., Kingston branch has a staff that is awesome!!!! They are always willing to assist, very pleasant and most importantly they are very professional and efficient! Also the lines are never long making banking with Ulster a breeze. We love this bank and highly recommend them.

Ulster Savings Bank continues to impress us - Rosa went above and beyond spending half a day together setting up a new account and making sure we had everything we needed. She introduced us to all the services offered in addition to our checking account (specialists in insurance, tax, and financial planning). I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. I have had the pleasure of working with Rosa many times over the years, and this time was no exception. She’s very friendly and accommodating, but also very professional. She was knowledgeable about the banks products and made opening my new account a breeze. I really enjoy coming to the Wall Street branch and working with her. Can I tell you about one of the best experiences I be had at a bank. I’ll keep it short, Mary, Rosa, Shilo, Darlene and Kate made this trip to the bank that I was dreading one of the best experiences. Together they worked to help me with the issues I had, they handled it as a team and were straightforward and strategic.I would recommend that everyone should bank here specifically this location, but I don’t want them to get too busy!
