“The Morton Blvd location is the only branch full of professionals.Every other branch I've been to in Kingston/Port Ewen, the tellers are rude, dismissive and unprofessional (I dnt see them act that way with people who look like them ?but then again, upstate is like down south lol).My only issue is that the teller services (deposits, etc) via the atm machines in the lobby were discontinued.It was a very convenient service and it was accessible before the credit union opens at NINE am.I guess they're trying to drive more traffic inside but, it's an inconvenience and much slower imo.By the way, Teller #162 should be properly trained that when a customer hands him something, he should hand it right back rather than placing it on the counter beside the customers open hand.That's that odd behavior I've experienced at the other branches.It's unfriendly and rude.”

“My husband and I went to the Ulster Ave., Kingston, NY branch of Bank of America a few weeks ago to cash in a bunch of old EE Savings Bonds. We had little faith that we’d accomplish our goal, because there was only one teller working—which is the norm for these days, I guess). Then the amazing JENNYVANESSA WADDELL magically appeared and offered her help!!! We’ve never before had such a positive experience in a bank, and we were able to get everything done with no muss and no fuss. In a world where employees frequently ignore you or look right through you, it was so refreshing to have someone come up to you and VOLUNTEER to help you! If we could just have more people like JENNYVANESSA in this world, it would certainly be a much nicer (and much more productive) place!!! And BTW, this woman deserves a big raise!!!”

“Oh Mylanta...my day the other day when I came into this location to take out money from my Money Market IRA was disaster. Not only did it take 20+ minutes to be noticed on the benches (waiting for someone to appear), but the time spent waiting also showed what I thought originally. No one really cared since all employees were either on-break or helping out behind the counter. We had noticed others in some of the cubby alcoves in the customer service, that weren't being attended to by bank employees. But then when someone did come over to greet us and find out what brings us in, Matthew really shined. He discussed the bank's policy, and then when we discussed about the tax implications of the withdrawal (under 59+1/2), he had to get someone else to ensure there was other ways to go about the withdrawal. He tried to mention how we could waive other things, but then the person he called over said it could be rolled over after another 13 months after this years annual rollover into an CD account - of which I'm still looking into information about these at this bank. I might not have been too happy going in (and when writing this review's early portion), but it's the honest truth that things got better the longer my experience lasted - although unpleasant it was to wait there without feeling noticed by other employees (not something this bank tends to excel at - at other branches, I'm noticed and am taken care of or notified that I'm awaiting a spot with a bank employee).”
