Great sales rep he was a cool guy but the car I purchased not even 24 hours after I got the car it had to have the tail light bulb replaced and I didn’t have no help had to do it myself and the power steering pump Since I got the car has slowly been getting worse but it is not the sales persons fault like I said great sales rep

Beware this place guy sold me a 10,000 van it has blown up in less than four months smart makeSure you read your contract and negotiate sticker price I paid ten grand for a 2500 at best car with no warranty lesson learned

I was with a friend while they were in the shopping around for a vehicle, the process was easy the guy Steve was friendly and spoke clearly about everything so she would understand what she's signing which made this experience better, so yes the car had a few issues soon after we drove off and I know that sounds bad which normally it would be however not one time did Steve turn my friend away or blame her for anything Just simply said bring it in they did what they had to do acknowledging the fact that she couldn't pay for the work right away and simply added it to her next payments as well as just showing concern and reassuring her that things are going to be okay and she's panicking inside get her mind off the car and just gave her attention fully as the car was being repaired talking about nonsense showing that she can relax and he has her back as I said I know leaving with a car that has an issue sounds bad but keep in mind this is a pre-owned car dealership that means used the owner handled the situation surprisingly better than most businesses, he could have had his hand out wanting some money before he even looked at the problem, I'm glad Steve was more then happy to help her and she was definitely making those eyes at him lol he treated us like we were just people she was able to leave us some money in her pocket still a car to drive in and possibly a friend or something, she definitely finds a reason to talk about him where to him most days he just gets that people go though shit and helped out a girl who needed help in more ways than one so yeah i approve this business

I have purchased 4 cars from here!! The owner is absolutely wonderful and will go above and beyond for customers! Because of how amazingly I was treated as a customer with no relationship to the place I became close friend with owner and family! I recommend this place anytime I see someone looking for a car and not just because he’s become my friend but because I was treated a million times better when we were not friends that I ever would have been by anywhere else!

sold me a total lemon and I bought an extra warranty from him and he refused to fix it so I turned it in and he looked and said I never did. he held it for months then sold it at auction and the financier came after me for a bunch of storage fees and stuff as well as the loan. He definitely is NOT his dad!

Ulster auto is a great place steve is a great guy the first time we got a car it started to have problems but he was on it quick and tryed to fix it when we kept havings issues he got me in a different one and i love it i highly reccomend ulster auto exchange
