Went there yesterday to upgrade my phone. It was about 12:15 PM but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Called back at 1:15, thinking they were closed for lunch, but still no answer. No sign on the door, nothing. The Poughkeepsie store said they did not know what the problem was, and that the Poughkeepsie store is a corporate owned store, but the Kingston store is something like a franchise.

Giving this store one star is generous . I have been involved with this establishment for a couple of years now. I have to say, it wasn't a good experience. I was recently in the middle of a move and my phone became useless (it wouldn't allow me to keep I touch with movers). I rushed to the store to try to get it fixed. The fellow who tried to fix it had to wipe it clean (removing my music & contacts). I went back to the store after the move and there were a group of males not helping customers. They just sat in a circle reading their iPhones., and dancing a little). I was very disgusted until I got the opportunity to deal with a lovely lady there whose name was NESSA. If you ever need assistance , she would be the person to go to. She is extremely knowledgeable as well as wonderful to deal with. There was one fellow who came over (name was Anthony). Together they are a great team. If I had gotten them in the beginning, things would have turned out better.

Definitely recommend this store Donovan was a great help he dealt with all my problems and needs first made sure I was satisfied and sorted out my account I also recommended family and friends to come do business with him

Edjren , the sales associate was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our experience a pleasant one. He was very knowledgeable with t-mobile products and also helped us save some money! I recommend this store location to everyone and ask for Edjren!

Finally broke down and picked up a new phone…and their wireless internet device! I’m always a bit intimidated by technology, but luckily it was Edjrain who helped me. He was so good at communicating how things worked and did not rush me! If you want great service, Edjrain is your best bet at the Kingston store.

Don't go here for any type of service. Was having trouble getting my phone to charge. They told me no way to fix, I'd have to buy a new one.. then because they couldn't get it to turn on they couldn't turn of my FindMyIphone so they couldn't transfer my data to a new phone. So they told me to take it to Walmart and have them fix the charging port at the kiosk for $33. And then to come back so they could transfer the info from my phone to the new one. Lol!! How bout I just get the port fixed and then never come here again. Ended getting my next phone night Poughkeepsie. So much better. This place should be closed down for all the sheistery BS

I am leaving this review because ONE person there was friendly, helpful and courteous. She worked with us past closing time and didn't try to push us into more than we could spend. However, the men working there are VERY unprofessional and rude. They use foul language in front of customers, didn't know how to treat anyone with respect ( esp the woman co-worker!) I don't think the men know anything about retail sales & customer service. They were looking at their phones almost the whole time. TY Nessa for a good job serving the customers. Fire those lazy people who are ruining your store.

If I could give a lower review, I'd gladly do it. We cancelled our T-moblie acct months ago, and are being billed for a phantom number ! Customer service - (-back end in India, and miserable) have been no help, mean even. Tonight they told my partner she must drive an hour and a half to a t-mobile store as they can't handle this. Truly unforgivable.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming. I recently needed help with my T Mobile internet and Eddie was amazing. He is both competent and kind.
