Rude,Rude,Rude, unprofessional, The worst customer service ever. Here's a little background. I called the 800 number. They told me to drop off the the 2 unopened, unused boxes to the spectrum store as I was only going to use spectrum for Internet and my cell phone. I was greeted by a loud mouth bully with a smart mouth He opened the boxes and scanned my equipment and refused to give me a receipt for the equipment he just scanned. He also wanted us to take the garbage and mess he just made, saying he don't take the boxes. He then said as we were leaving " I HOPE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THE PERSON ON THE BOX, BECAUSE HE WAS JUST GOING TO THROW EVERYTHING IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THE STORE". This was Sunday 12/15 around noon.The employee was older guy with a little grey beard.

Waited for over 30 minutes to drop off equipment that I didn't order and don't need. Had 2 people come up to me and then go on break with 5 people waiting. Just to drop off something I don't need and never asked for. Terrible customer service. Not the 1st time this has happened.

Small store in a shopping center. Definitely make online reservations so you don’t wait in case there is a long line. I picked up a modem but it didn’t come with a coaxial cable. I came the next day and got the cable with no issue. I had good employees help me out.

We’ve been to the Kingston ny Spectrum store several times. We’ve always even treated well ( even when bitching about our bill ) the sales people are knowledgeable and friendly.

I signed in like you are supposed to and then watched a women who signed in after me get called up to be serviced. After that a man came, signed in and was also called before me....( at this point I told them I was next ) ! You shouldn't have to do so if they make you sign in ! Once seen.... the representative was pleasant and accommodating.

Had to go a few days in a row for a few things, wait time is a bit long. Good service though. People who work there are saints, I saw many people being very rude to staff there for things outside of their control. Very professional and level headed people working in this store.

I had new equipment delivered and had to return old equipmentDirections said it could be returned to the storeI entered with two boxes of equipmentTwo reps were sitting at their desks and ignored me.Finally stood at one desk and again was ignored. Went to the second and the rep finally looked upI told her I was returning equipment. She said she would not take it and to take it to the UPS store in a rude manor.I left the store. UPS was very helpfulI had been considering getting two spectrum phones but after that treatment I will look elsewhere!Terrible service!

I can not say enough good things about all the exceptional staff here. Alivia was so patient and helpful. The activation of two phones took some time but she handled everything. Alivia saved me so much from having to deal with my previous companies and made it so smooth to transfer our current numbers. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, Doug was the samsung guru and was happy to share helpful tips and show me things on the new phone. I am so grateful the customer service there was so sensational. I would recommend coming here, I was given honest opinions and facts about products that really helped me make the best decision for myself. And they even helped me with my internet to get me the best possible deal. Again I am very grateful for the patient friendly staff that was so nice and eager to help.

You hear all the issues with spectrum, but Service was great, staff laughing having a great time. I was helped the minute I walked in to return equipment after an upgrade. They offered to review my account and saved $60 on my .o they bill.

7th in line waiting over an hour and 15 minutes while two associates worked. I only needed to PICK UP a wifi box. Order was placed the night before with spectrum. I didn’t need any assistance aside from being handed the wifi box & I was rudely told to wait my turn.

My ex stole money off my credit card that spectrum was not supposed to keep on file and they did as well as allowed him to charge 305.04 when I called spectrum to find out how this come happen when I haven't resided there in months nobody wanted to help me including their fraud dept. I had to file a police report and try to put a dispute against them. No less it was my social security disblity card!

I visited this place to exchange a faulty cable modem. The staff was friendly and very efficient. In and out in minutes. Their instructions on modem activation were spot-on.
