I walked in was treated rudely as I wasn’t greeted at all..and when I asked questions about a product they pointed in tne direction of what they had , I walked out .. extremely poor customer service

I tried their GG4 and had to put it out halfway! Their products are amazing and perfect prerolls. If you’re waiting for the bus at Kingston plaza, you gotta stop in there!

They are awful! The woman who helped us clearly did not have a clue what she was talking about & as a result bought the wrong product based on her advice. When we called that evening when we looked the product up & realized they said that Monday when the manager was in we would be able to switch it for something else. Go in that Monday & manager was super nasty refused to take back product. So we figured we would use it since we were stuck with it & that's when we saw the product was broken therefore unusable. Now I'm out over $50 bucks for a broken product that isn't what we wanted. Terrible customer service & quality control. Don't go here!!!

The person who helped me didn't know anything about what I was talking about. Also she didn't even ask me to show my id. I'll never go there again and I won't tell anyone else about the place. Be careful.

I Tried to purchase a cigar with my debit card the guy goes off screaming and yelling because I'm using a debit card pay cash, pay cash!! He's done this on several occasion and I just think it's unprofessional, inappropiate and uncalled for go to Beer Universe across the street they have beer and tobacco.

this place never has what you need when you actually need it. they are great at saying "maybe tomorrow". cashiers never understand what you are talking about either. impossible to get a question through properly
