Went to the Kingston store to look at some spas. We wanted one that would fit our family and the needs. Kevin took care of us and found one that was in our budget and that fit our needs. Thanks a lot for A+ customer service. Just waiting for the call for the delivery now

We had a fabulous experience purchasing our spa here. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had no issues with us leaving and returning after checking out another store and their spas. The quality of the Bullfrog Spa and the deal that Eric was able to provide was a perfect fit for us. The delivery was seamless and we have had wonderful customer service when we had questions for filling and getting it up and running. We can't say enough good things about our entire experience - thank you to Eric and the team of professionals who helped us through all of the process!

Needed a new mattress for my new apartments and happened into sleep and spas. John was super helpful and friendly and he hooked me up with a top of the line mattress! Cool decor and great vibe. Go Sox!!!!

What an amazing customer service!! It’s pretty rare that it happens when you get all the help that you need- all questions answered, the sales person isn’t obnoxious, and doesn’t push you towards buying something that’s most expensive to get a better commission but something that truly fits your needs. Recently, we have bought not 1, but 3 of the cal spas for our airbnbs. The hot tubs are great and definitely an upgrade from our old ones. Thank you John! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Sleep and Spas in Kingston. John was knowledgable, easy to work with and accommodating. We have not yet received our hot tub but our experience at the store and with John is top notch. Would highly recommend.

Wow had an amazing experience with John and Eric with their knowledge of beds and adjustable bases. We are so excited to get our new bed and adjustable frames. So nice to have trustworthy salesman’s and to feel heard in my 3 visit and multiple questions answered.

Luxury level experience, store space and customer service.The store is far nicer than any other mattress store I’ve been in, and the owner Eric and manager John are both very attentive and knowledgeable. We got a new King size mattress and Eric worked with his team to get us expedited same day delivery! Our mattress protector didn’t arrive in time, so when we followed up Eric had one sent to us to use so we wouldn’t have to risk anything happening to our new purchase.Unfortunately we made too quick of a decision and got something that didn’t work for us (ended up being too soft) so when I called to see what we could do they agreed to let us exchange it even though we had gotten a floor model which normally can’t be returned or exchanged. We are still waiting for the new mattress which we hope will arrive soon but in the meantime we appreciate the peace of mind knowing we have the new one coming.
