I'm a small business owner, I joined this bank because it was small, a community bank I thought. After years of being a customer I realized I was paying more overdraft fees than ever... I suspect they are manipulating my debits and ACH to maximize fees.After learning I was charged over $700 in overdraft fees I ask why can't they take money from my saving account to cover the debit, so I don't get hit with $35 fee?That would be so beneficial to the customer. I was told simply "we don't do that".So they would rather charge you a $35 fine, after knowing you don't have it. I spoke to the manager of the Branches "Shawn" in the region and was told that because my "behavior hadn't changed" he was not going to reverse any of my fees. Little did he know, or care, that I had just gotten through 18 months of fighting Stage 4 Cancer. That affected my ability to work. He was so dismissive that I felt disgusted. At that point I decided this was not the friendly neighborhood bank that appreciates its customers and helps them improve upon their financial situation, instead they take advantage of your struggle and refuse to change policies that would benefit all of their customers.So I decided to close my Business account.There are Banks out there that are more customer focused and less revenue driven.

The bank and it's staff are helpful and pleasant but as a lending institution or for business matters there are far superior options.If you live in close proximity and need a simple bank account this is a good option.

Bank is the worst. They don’t work with cashapp or venmo or any other twenty first century electronic banking app. Customer service is bad when you ask someone something they always say they are new. High turnaround. Randomly closed when should be open. Computers always down. High fees. Not reliable

Very good walk in service, usually able to cash my checks within 2-5 minutes of being there, attractive bank tellers is a plus too

I've done banking here for years. Things always change as personell change. There staff is always friendly and have always treated me well. Do I like bank fees? No but at least they give you a list up front.

Don't do business with them. My father died and the family has been trying to close my parents joint safety deposit box for YEARS. We just can't. We got the original death certificate, and then something else they wanted from the county courthouse and brought my elderly mother in to have it notarized, and we STILL don't know what they want and they won't let us close it, and keep sending us bills for it. It's been years we've been trying to close it.

Something is wrong with the drive in window that has transactions taking so long.the last three times I had to wait a full 25 minutes for the person in front.one day a walk up spent 25 minutes in full blown argument with cashier.today whatever was going on was not suited for the drive in certain transactions should NOT BE ALLOWED

Barbara was extremely rude and seemed extremely bothered and busy. I had then asked for someone who had sometime that I could speak to and she refused saying "I handle all the calls that come in it's my job to do so" I then explained I did not feel comfortable I felt rushed and had asked for a manager and she refused to. Highly annoyed now my family and I must come in and have a sit down.

They are the worse they give you apon opening any acct. A Hugh booklet of fees and ridiculous prices they are a Hugh rip off and I wouldn't refer anybody to this non gift given bank. At least some Banks give you a car charger this banks gifts you a booklet of fees...
