We walked in and were greeted by Georgia. When we told her we just wanted to look she pushed herself on us to follow us around the store. We described what we were looking for and she laughed at us, acted like it was an outrageous request, and turned us away with a scoff.

We went in to look at beds. The store is really beautiful and very well laid out. Our salesman, Dale, was friendly and very knowledgeable! He explained the process of finding the correct mattress for us and had us try several out, before we chose one. The beds are, certainly, pricey but, come with a 120 day home trial and the option for interest free financing.We found the one we wanted and ordered it. It was delivered the next day and we , absolutely, love it,! Worth the price for a great night's sleep!

Had a very positive experience here recently shopping for a mattress. I worked with Julie who was a really wonderful sales consultant. She was very knowledgeable and patient and never put any pressure to buy. When I did make a decision there was a small hiccup with a promotion being available with the product I chose but Julie followed through to make sure that we received what we were expecting. I really appreciate the ease of the whole experience. Thank you all!!

After relocating from Europe I bought a living room and dining room set in the Kingston outlet with the skillful and knowledgeable assistance of Carole Denison. I couldn’t have been happier about my purchase. I highly recommended this store to anyone who loves elegant furniture, honest prices and professional sale agents.

Georgia (the sales associate who helped us) was very knowledgeable about a whole range of products and patient with us as we browsed the large showroom. She helped to us to find what we were looking for and she also introduced us to some items for our next visit. Great service experience!

Tom was very knowledgeable and patient in regards to any questions I had asked. He furnished additional information on couch construction and explained warranty in place, along with the additional warranty available (which I purchased). I was happy to hear how quick my couches could be delivered.

Bought a Nectar Queen Mattress last week for my Daughter, went back this week and bought a Premium King for me!!! Slept on it last night for the 1st time and it was heaven! I will note that R&F actually sold me the mattress for less than Nectar sells them for so it pays to shop around. Tom, my sales guy was friendly, knowledgeable and professional... I highly recommend asking for him if you shop at the Kingston, NY outlet store.

Laura was very friendly and welcomed us when we came in. She helped us find the perfect mattress set for us with working with our budget! We will be back if we need anymore furniture! Very pleased with our visit!

My salesperson, Tom, was great. He answered numerous phone calls and helped me find a piece that would (hopefully) work. I can’t say the same for the delivery people. They bought the first couch in and said it wouldn’t fit in my office. They never explained why - was it too long? did I need to remove the door? Second (of course more expensive) couch is being delivered tomorrow. A little disappointed that I could not be reassured that it would fit through a standard door. We will see what tomorrow brings.

Would've liked the recliner I ordered available in brown, but had to get a black one. That's ok, the salesman was very knowledgeable and the sale went well, no complaints.

I'm so glad I found Dale "the ponytail" here at Raymour. I've been buying from him since he was at Sleepy's and Mattress Firm because he's been in the business for almost 30 years and he's never steered me wrong. I recommend him to all my friends and family because he finds you the right bed for both back problems and budget! Ask for him at the door. You won't be sorry!

The woman who assisted us was very nice, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her initial approach was one of sensitivity and her understanding of the inventory and products was very impressive. I actually enjoyed my first time shopping experience there. I will definitely go back when looking for other items for our home!

My sales rep was great. But I have to give a 2 star review because they allow dogs in the store. No signs posted. These were not services dogs. There was dog hair on mattress. I have allergies and had a reaction to the dogs and the hair on mattresses. Not a safe environment for people that have allergies.

Worked with Laura and she was AMAZING! Professional, informative, and resourceful without any pressure or hovering. She knew exactly how to balance letting me wander and needing to check in when I needed some help. Bought a bunch of stuff and would gladly do it again from this store and from Laura. Side note - while I worked with Laura, EVERYONE in the store seemed super nice and was incredible friendly. Great store and great team there!

We bought a Purple mattress in 2021, and have had pain free nights since. Yesterday a tech came out because the side wall failed and he deemed it a factory defect. After he submitted the paperwork, R & F called. By 6pm, we were at the store, picked out a replacement Purple mattress and set up delivery. It was an excellent, no hassle experience.
