We had a top-notch experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Kingston! Tim F. helped us to find the perfect living room set! We found a sectional that we absolutely loved but wanted to do our due diligence and check out the other local furniture store. Basically, ran out of there!! The sales person seemed nice enough at first but when we gave her the universal sign that we just wanted to walk around and browse and talk amongst ourselves, she said “I think I’ll just follow behind you so I can …..” Really? We ran out of there and back to the comfort of Raymour & Flanigan!!! (lol!) The sectional that we liked at R&F was a little bit more money but a higher quality set!! Back at Raymour & Flanigan we realized that we would need an ottoman, however the set didn’t come with one. It was being shown with a coffee table. Tim helped us look all through the store for the perfect ottoman that would match our set. Unfortunately, it was difficult to imagine it with the set we were about to purchase. Tim got the visual expert in the store to come over and help move the ottoman to see how it looked with our new set!! They moved the coffee table and put in the ottoman. It looked perfect!!!
Ordered it on Sunday and we had it in our living room on Friday! Actually, they were going to deliver it much sooner, but we weren’t going to be home on that day and pushed it out to Friday. It looks amazing!!!!! Thanks so much to Tim, R&F’s visual expert (sorry didn’t catch his name), and the nice lady at the finance desk! You guys rock!!! ~Sue & Mike

Had a great time shopping in the kingston store. Tim assisted us with our purchase and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the in store options and also showed us simiar products online to help us narrow down our choices. Will definitely recommend this store.

Tim and Tom helped me find the dining set I had seen online but couldn’t remember the manufacturers name. Tom spent time with us and eventually, with the help of the computer, we found what we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy which my husband and I appreciated. We put down a deposit and hope to complete the purchase this week. It’s just what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable.
We like Raymour and Flannigan and have always been very satisfied with the products we have purchased over the past 20 years.
