Customer service straight-up sucks here. I tried using self-checkout, and it kept saying “please wait for assistance” but the cashier never cared to come. 2 other employees were sitting on the table right next to us, but they weren’t helping. There were long lines but nobody cared to help. Looks like quickcheks everywhere are going down the hill.

Holy trash. I will never ever stop here again. The clerk was miserable and nasty and so slow. Are was completely incompetent and so rude. The customers are all strung out. A few meth heads and a crackhead just scratching away walking around inside the store. There was a guy sitting by his car in the parking lot shooting up with all his doors open and junk falling out. The store itself was filthy. I was so disgusted. They should be ashamed. If i was a manager there I'd be begging for a permanent officer in the parking lot. My wife was in shock and she works nights in a busy ER in NYC.. I can barely formulate a coherent sentence to express my disgust.

The staff are always pleasant. They give everyone attention and make an effort to improve people's days, including mine.
Coffee is always hot and ready. Bathroom is clean and tidy. Hope the Corporate appreciates them.

I stopped to use the Tesla superchargers and used their restrooms. It was clean and tidy (at 7pm). Picked up a few snacks and drinks as well. Service was quick and friendly. No issues.

I'm sitting in my Tesla charging while Netflix so I figured I'd write a review. This Quick Chek is clean and well lit. I'm here in the afternoon and there are three other Teslas charging up as well. Just a little Tesla courtesy, don't charge next to another car. If possible, leave a space between you and the other car. If your door hits my car when you open a door?Uncool.There are clean bathrooms, cold drinks and snacks inside. Big Q!

Ordered a Md Carmel hot chocolate after having a really good one from the one on Albany Ave come to this one and literally only the bottom of my piping hot the rest is cold and taste like chocolate milk smh

In my opinion your bathrooms are filthy and you have a RAT ? infestation by your bottle redemption center outside. I’m watching them scurry back and forth in broad daylight from the trash to their nest under an evergreen tree. The sandwiches are good here but I’ve now lost my appetite.

Reasonable prices for fuel. Good location just off NYS Thruway. They do need to keep squeegees and water fresh. Paper towels too.
