My opinion and experiences: bottom line stay away at all costsI have many stories but safe to say the service center is filled with really shady people running it. We have been treated very poorly. One example: They have acknowledged a major problem with my car but told me because it is “common” they cannot help me further. I have a family and it is brake related-just unconscionable. Another: they tried to upswell my wife on a “diagnostic charge” of 160 to tell us what our check engine light code pertains to. I have many more stories. For the record I bought our car and serviced it exclusively with them-and they still couldn’t care less. They seem to ONLY care about volume and turnover and have so much business you are just worthless to them. I’ve reached out to the owner several times directly and he has never responded. I beg you find anywhere else to go-you’ve been warned.

Scheduled an appointment for a manufacturer recall. I waited an hour and a half, and was told they didn't have the parts available and I would have to reschedule. Never going there again. Yelp makes me pick a rating, but there is no Zero Stars

An hour 50 minutes for an oil change. Maintenance light not reset. Missing valve stem cover.

Schueled to have 2 recalls taken care of. Dropped car off and asked if they could check out the very loud clunking coming from the front end. I was told upon picking up my vehicle that they heard no noise at all. Ridiculous as just driving into garage doors they could hear it.I went straight to another shop who looked at it.Turns out the hardware it. My front brakes were broken and the front brake was barely hanging on. If you don't want to do the work at least say that and not pretend to and basically tell me I'm an idiot and hearing things.

We just bought a RAV4 from Prestige. We love the car, and our salesperson Hector was very friendly and helpful! Also thanks to Angie in financing for a nice, smooth transaction.

We bought six cars from your dealership, and we’ve always had them serviced there. Unfortunately, the last time that I brought my car in for services, the service department tried to sell me a new car battery that I am no where close to needing. I know because I declined their $239.00 quote and had the battery tested independently. The store showed showed me the readings AND explained them. Then, your service department attempted to sell me another unnecessary service for approximately $150.00. This makes me both sad and angry because we are (were) loyal repeat customers. But even if we weren’t, how is trying to rip people off okay??? Needless to say, we will go elsewhere when it’s time for our next new car. And we will certainly let our family and friends know not to go there. What a shame!!!

Was traveling and discovered I had a flat, needed a tire patched quick. They took care of it. The staff was very organized, helpful and kind. If I lived near Kingston this is where I would bring my car for service.

Thank you Prestige! I needed to get a new car inspection, but my license plate lights were out. The place I brought my car to didn’t offer that service. I purchased the lights and called to see if Prestige could get me in. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were SO sweet and did not charge me for the service (don’t worry, I tipped the guy!) A little bit of service and kindness goes a long way! :)

We would like to thank Gerry Fraenkel , for a great job going over the new 2020 Tacoma we purchased from Him and Tom Francese , They where the two people we worked with when we made our order for the truck. Prestige is always a friendly place when we go there, We have bought several Toyotas from this dealership and are very happy with the purchases and with the service from the service department. Great Job Gerry and Tom and everyone else who works there.

What a horrible despicable place of business! No matter what you bring your vehicle in for, it's always an up sell or bait and switch in an effort to rob from their customers. Every single time I brought my vehicle in for simple service they attempted to sell me things I did not need. The parts manager, a pompous a** named Eric Eisgruber, treated me like no customer should ever be treated. Not only did he speak rudely to me, telling me to leave the facility, he also walked away from me in the middle of a conversation and went to eat his lunch in my plain view. Despite my effort to continue speaking to him, he refused to come back and finish our conversation. When he finally did come back, I asked him to honor what an employee had promised me. He told me to "take a hike" and laughed in my face. This, in front of other customers. Wow, just wow. Stay away from this place they treat their customers terribly.

Just purchased a car from Jim Mcann at Prestige. We appreciated his patience with our questions and the straightforward explanations. Buying a car from Prestige is about as easy as it can get. We are very satisfied with our new Tacoma and look forward to future interactions with Prestige.
