Shari has many years of knowledge with animals and does so much for them. She is helping us to introduce a new furbaby to our family. Appreciate all of her help! Highly recommend her and Paws Unlimited ?

They have been taking care of our dog Gus for many years. They use the boarding fees to care for older dogs that people couldn't afford to care for. If you want your dog to go to a safe environment where it will be cared for, this is the place.

Shari is a dog person! She takes wonderful care of our dogs when we go away. Both of the previous kennels we used retired and friends, as well as one the kennels, suggested Paws Unlimited. Shari runs Paws Unlimited and uses the kennel to raise money for her dog rescue. As I said before, she loves dogs!

I adopted my American Eskimo here in 2012. We loved our dog and when we went on vacation we always boarded him here. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog. Shari is, without equal, the most dedicated dog loving person I have ever met in my life. Its like leaving your pet with family. We donate to this shelter every year and will continue to do so. Highly recommended you adopt - now - from this facility.

Worst experience I had fostering. The owner claims to have animal's best interest at heart when she herself is a glorified hoarder in the guise of a virtuous mission. She profiles, is an ageist and judges based off her jaded lifestyle. Her foster families have to be at her beck and call, and the contract needed to sign is ridiculous. Even if you meet all requirements for the application process, if she "feels", aka her narrow- minded view point, somethings wrong, she lies and takes the animal back for no legitment reason. After having a second vet looked at the animal I received, he clearly stated he was underweight and had very little muscle. The boy couldn't use stairs, didn't understand how to drink water from a bowl without rushing from fear. Claims he would hurt smaller animals were untrue and we worked with him. But her vet, having a nice chunk of subsidies coming from her camp, will write up anything to put someone in a poor light. She ripped a happy animal out of a home, without any thought to his best friend in the house. Our boy was on a good track, with evidence to prove it

I wanted to adopt an older dog, and I visited the shelter with my boyfriend. The woman there wouldn’t even let us see the dogs because we were (about to graduate) college students and she “didn’t know how long our relationship would last,” and “no respectable place would give you a dog.” I didn’t say anything to her that warrants that response! I’m grateful now because we adopted the love of my life 9y/o pit mix Winnie a year ago, but we had to go to another shelter to do it.
