I took my girlfriend and our son out to.see Bad Boys yesterday and it wasn't the greatest experience. The movie screen had lines on it that were too noticeable and its wide screen, not whole screen but the worst part was the sound. The volume was way too loud all 3 of us left with a headache. I can't imagine what people heard in the next screen next to it... it was just obnoxiously loud and it just made our experience not good. We left after the movie we just wanted to get Tylenol and go home 40 minute drive home with a headache.and after all this I sent this review and nch cinema responded to this review and said could I please follow this link to give them.more information so they can handle my complaint. So I did and the kink doesn't work so I still.havent heard back for ncg corperate office

Have only been here a few times, but it is clean, quiet, and friendly. Snack bar prices are not too bad, and the movies quality is great.

Some of the freshest popcorn we ever had. Very comfortable and clean seats that recline with plenty of space in between the rows.

Reasonably priced, love the bottomless popcorn & drinks. The reclining chairs are comfortable. Only issues my family and I had were both the mens & women's restrooms needed soap in most of the dispensers in both restrooms and the toilet paper was out in several stalls, including the handicapped stall in the women's restroom.

Overall this place is a disappointment. $60 for tickets, popcorn & sodas. The lobby is absolutely disgusting. Popcorn and napkins all over the floors. Over by the drink machines it’s sticky, drippings of soda and slushy everywhere.. went in the movie theatre to it not being cleaned prior to us coming in. “VIP” seats with popcorn and residue all over it? Staff walking around hitting their vape pen instead of cleaning. Walked in the bathroom, absolutely FILTHY. I can’t say I’ll be coming back to this overpriced, unclean environment.
*edit to add - popcorn is also stale. Has probably been sitting around for hours.
