Set up an account here and the person who helped us open the account said we should be able to easily fund the account from our old bank. They failed to tell us that there is a two week holding period in which you cannot transfer any money to or from your account. A month after our account was opened, we were still completely unable to add money to our account even after calling their customer service line multiple times to try to transfer funds from our old bank. Needless to say we closed the account since we had no way of using the account and won't be using M&T again.

Very rude all I did was call and ask a question an she was very rude and acted like I was bothering her and told that I wasn't doing anything right. Also when I asked for a supervisor she said she is the supervisor and hung up on me. Definitely calling the higher ups on this one.
