This was me and my boyfriend’s first time in a mattress store, and boy are we glad we chose this place. Debra helped us out, and it was the smoothest experience ever. Last night we came in searching for a mattress and she picked the perfect one within 10 minutes. We put a down payment down to make sure we could keep that mattress for when we were available to come grab it. Payed the rest the next day and she helped us load it up and everything !! All in all it was an amazing experience, we’re extremely grateful !

Great customer service. I already knew what I wanted and Alexandra didn’t try to upsell me or steer me in another direction. She quoted me for what I asked for and even came in at a better rate than others I’ve received while also throwing in a free mattress protector where everywhere else was trying to sell me on one. Not only that, but she got my mattress sooner than estimated and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. This was my fiancé’s and I’s first mattress purchase and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only was my purchasing experience great but the delivery team was exceptional. I wasn’t able to be present at the drop off and my fiancé and I just closed on our new house so it had to be delivered to my family’s where only my mother was present at the time of arrival. They made it effortless for her and even put the mattress in the garage for us. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. As a former delivery driver I commend Billy and Jose for going above and beyond. Thank you. 10/10
