You wait a very long time for help! Then they gave me the wrong part for my bathroom. When I went to return it ( mind you I just spent over $300 using my debit card) the guy said this is not a new part it is used!!! Did return it but the mere accusation took me back. They may have shoplifting and the fact that they are giving honest customers a difficult time makes me from now on definitely give my business to home depot!

on hold for over a hour to find out about a delivery that was supposed to be here at 1:30 still not here and still on phone with this place don't ever call you will be on hold for ever

Aside from a hardware store in Woodstock, NY by us, we just needed other items and more variety that only a big-box offers. This Kingston, NY Lowe's is about a 15ish minute drive from where we were at and checked most of the boxes. For a weekday afternoon, this Lowe's was a breeze. No hoards of people around you and you had the aisles to yourself- but floor sales associates, were almost nil. When you finally got someone, service was helpful and to the point- including the self-check cashier who acknowledged hubs' military discount when she had to swipe a barcode. We didn't have major issues. It's easy-going here and we took advantage of some sale items with a good price tag. I like their products- but as far as on-the-spot service, you gotta search for it here.

Installation service is the WORST. Ordered a washer for elderly dad... installers left saying they didn't have the right hose and for me to go to store and buy a new one... seriously? I've now been back twice.... The don't have the right hose either but SOLD me a one-size-fits-all. Clamp they sold me doesn't fit either ...., What kind of installation do you call this? And who expects an elderly man to finish this job.

Stopped in the other day. This Lowe's seems cleaner than the last couple I've been two.They had the items I needed and I was on. My way pretty quick. They are better than the other couple of Lowe's recently. But the cashier did double charge me for one of our items. I truly feel it was not intentional. And fortunately I caught it before I finished paying.

Run screaming away. I ordered a grill and had it delivered to my home. The delivery was totally inept and insisted in backing into my circular driveway, missing turns completely after I tried to explain they could turn around and not have to back in. They ended up in trees in my yard. They unloaded in the trees only to find (after they left) that the product was non-functional. I've been on the phone trying to get someone to help me on and off for 5 hours. It's clear I'm going to have to make a trip into the store and speak with someone in person. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. If you are needing delivery of a product please look elsewhere. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. I've let it ring for over 10 minutes with no answer. Do not put up with this as a consumer. That was my last purchase from ANY Lowes.
