Really cute, great coffee and food. Service slow and unfriendly .................... worth waiting for, I guess. How hard is it to smile?

Village idi*t strikes again-- got hit with their appalling service again. My order was forgotten completely and it was a pre-made item in the window lol. I've been supporting this business since day 1 and I was very forgiving during the pandemic as it was a tough time for all food service businesses. This also includes (unknowingly) tipping 25% on food AND their shop goods like soap and ceramics. They have it defaulted to pay tip on all purchases, not just food / service. 9 times out of 10 you will be disappointed with either the extremely slow, scattered and disgruntled service or the poor quality of their food. The food ingredients seem to be good quality but what happens is the flavor profiles make no sense, the ratios are off (huge slabs of bread with thin amount of protein or toppings), rubbery eggs that have been reheated so many times or the pastries are often stale (donuts that have condensation on them and are dense and cold and taste a few days old). These are only a few of my outstanding bad experiences there :( I've had my order forgotten about multiple times and it's hard to swallow waiting watching everyone come and go when you've already paid and tipped them generously. One time they're the fool but over and over again? Sigh. It doesn't bring me joy to have to write this review because upstate needs more thoughtful spaces for food and drink. But this place just fails all the time unfortunately. And it feels worse because they charge nyc prices. They're good and projecting a "cool/hip" brand and have some nice selections in the shop -- but you'll find that they are marked up beyond the usual pricing. Two stars because the coffee is decent!

Really nice little shop off the main drag. A great iced flat white and machiato. I find the word curated overused, but it might well apply to the well chosen goods on display here. Our friendly barista gave us some recommendations for places to try in Seattle as well.

I have to say this is one of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I've had. The sunny side up egg is a perfect compliment to the sourdough bread. The cheese (not sure specifically what was used) a white cheese and the bacon was perfectly crispy but not too thin. It was delicious. I drove 30 minutes out of the way to have it 2 days in a row. Definitely a place to visit if you're spending time upstate like me, I live in nyc. The Americano I ordered was delicious as well, I'd recommend the 8oz over the 12 since I've had both. I really enjoyed the energy of the people working here they seem to really love the work and are very kind. If it's a nice day sit outside it's a cute area. 10/10 recommend. I'll definitely come back and bookmark for future visits.

This place is a disorganized mess and the staff is t proactive and helpful. I ordered a hot matcha and it came out cold. They remade it but still it wasn't even room temp. Then we ordered food to go. There's a completely separate area next door where you can eat. After waiting for our food for 20 minutes we finally asked the barista if our food would be coming up. They said to go next door. We'll we go next door and wait longer and I food. I finally had to use the restroom and exit that building and go all the way to the other one. All of that for a lousy matcha and breakfast sandwich.

Hello dear reader, please be sure to try the lentil burger. It is made of the produce of the earth and demands your interest. The cortado was a delight as well. I asked for it with half n half and it came in a delightful piece of clay art. Nothing like saying "for here" and it truly being for here. Atmosphere was quite nice, lots to see inside the shop and outside as well. But more than all else the staff was friendly and accommodating, down to the leafy Earth. - Devin

Lovely coffee place. It has 3 areas. A small shop where you order and also can buy some stuff. A small indoor cafe if you want to sit inside ( I did since it was hot day) . A lovely garden to enjoy the outside. Parking is easy on the area

I went to visit my grandparents in Saugerties and was not expecting to find such a cute little cafe shop only 15 minutes away. Wow! Unfortunately, we came during closing time so we could not enjoy their house made food items. We did buy to-go their chili which was SPECTACULAR. Also, their turmeric granola is very yummy (if you like turmeric). And they have such a SELECTION of honey and honey-based jams which made me very excited. My mom and I are big fans of oatmeal; so, of course, we tried their overnight oats. Imagine Apple Pie. That's the best description I can give ya. Just wowza. One thing I loved about this little gem was their variety and uniqueness. The store itself is my dream come true - arts and crafts with a kitchen. The only minus is that there are few spots to sit there and enjoy your coffee. I loved their ceramic bowls and mugs! Thought that was such a nice touch, for sure. I am excited to come back (one, to visit my grandparents again) but also to try their coffee ;)

This place was an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the door, you'll notice that you're in the embrace of a legitimate VIBE. Really great croissants, very creative breakfast sandwiches and friendly service from good looking young people including a woman named Melody. Am I singing your song? Kingston is happening and this place is proof. Check it out!

A trendy-looking cafe perfect for coffee/breakfast/brunch. We ordered lattes and split a quiche. While everything was tasty, the most enjoyable part was the atmosphere. The space is light, airy and selling a selection of well-curated food and kitchen items. Everything is pricey, but it fun to browse and see some of the beautiful mugs, and other goods for sale. The seating is down the block and similarly so pleasant to sit in. A perfect way to start your day in Kingston.
