I went to Kingston Fine Jewelry today for a repair on an inexpensive silver chain.
A link had come off and I tried to fix it myself. No luck.
The young lady in the store was very helpful. She got a needle nose plier and fixed it right away. I offered to pay but she cheerfully said no.
I am grateful for the nice experience and friendly manner. Thanks so much!!!

I had a pretty terrible experience at this place. I brought in my own wedding band to have it cleaned up and possibly resized. They said that I needed to reach out to the original manufacturer and have them do it. They treated me like I stole my own wedding band. It was really strange and not pleasant.

I brought in a ring (purchased elsewhere) that had issues with the prong.
They adjusted fixed the prongs and stone so everything fit perfectly. The staff was helpful from start to updates by phone and at pickup! We will be purchasing here next!

My fiancé and I stopped in briefly to look for wedding bands for our wedding next October. We were immediately greeted and were sat with a sales person within 5 minutes of arriving. They had a great selection for both men and women and were super helpful in letting us try on different styles as well as measuring my fiancés finger. Neither of us felt rushed or like we had to buy something that day. We’ll most likely go back when the time comes to order our rings!

I was blown away when I saw my ring. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. From looking at it on paper was nice, but to see it on my finger was amazing. Serena did a great job, helping me pick out the style and stone.

Went here plenty of times for jewelry repairs..came in for ring resize weren't able to do it being the stones would've been jeopardized but I'm so happy they were honest and gave me another option
