This place is full of great people, good vibes and knowledgeable friendly members. Without a doubt you’ll be hooked after the first class. Olivia trained me in foundation classes and is so amazing, she set me off on a great start.

I've always struggled to find the motivation to consistently exercise - not anymore. In the past year and a half, my goals have progressed from general fitness and weight loss to very specific goals; all of which I've accomplished and am in the process of defining new goals.

I cannot overstate how much Kingston Athletics has improved my life over the past year. As a former high school and college athlete, I was feeling a little lost as I entered my mid-30s. Working out by myself had become boring. Running was OK, but it wasn't enough. Team sports for adults were nowhere to be found.
