Drove 45 mins to pick up something for my boyfriends birthday. Online says 9pm they close. I get there at 7:30 and everything’s locked down.

Walked in music was so loud couldn't hear myself think. Employees were to busy on their phones. Stood there for 15 minutes never once got asked if I needed assistance. That is the last time I will ever walk in to another one of their stores.

Walked in asked for help,but staff preferred to be on cell phone than help a costumer so I left.Walked in a couple days later and it felt more like a club with the staff playing loud music, and shouting the lyrics.
