I called up to ask about a repair or adjustment to my 2002 Corvette. Right off the bat he tells me do you know how expensive a new top is ! Hasn't seen my car nothing. Tells me it needs to be replaced, I asked him about adjustments on the top and he tells me there are none !! Well sir for an expert you are wrong because they have about 8 different adjustments points !! Then when I ask can stop bye so you can look at it you tell me you don't want to even work on it !! How your in business is beyond me !! Your attitude and customer service sucks !!

I spent $2800 for a replacement valve cover, fluids changed, spare tire and carrier and detailing. When I picked up the car, the interior wasn't even vacuumed. I spoke to Jim and he was willing to let me have the car cleaned, and he would pay the bill. According to my invoice, $700 of the $2800 was for detailing. I spoke to Jim this morning, and he offered me $100 to cover what his shop didn't do. So, I spent $2700 for a valve cover, fluids changed, spare tire and carrier.

I had a great experience with Jim! Everything was just as he said. He was also very helpful and offered to have me come to an event to see how everything worked on a race weekend. I would highly recommend Jim Glass!

Jim is a great guy to deal with. He restored my 1963 Corvette Convertible and did a fine job!

I called to ask a question about a 40th anniversary Corvette. Jim gruffly told me that he can "appraise" the car if i pay him $125. I explained that I'm looking to purchase this car from a private party. Jim then yelled into the phone that I should buy a corvette from him instead. I explained that If I ended up getting a corvette I would take it to Jim Glass for repairs. Jim then barked that he only fixes "the old ones." Long story short this guy is rude to potential customers. Apparently he isn't an "expert." I would never let him near one of my cars.

I have purchased two Corvettes from Jim in the past two years, one a street car, and the other a vintage race car. I'm not mechanically inclined and I had to rely on Jim for accurate information about both cars. The street car was a hard to find LT-1, and the race car was a 1968 hardtop former SCCA racer. Without boring the reader with a long story about how terrific Jim is to work with, let me just say that if you are considering the purchase of one of Jim's cars, you can buy it knowing that Jim is honest, and stands behind his cars. If I'm ever in the market for another Corvette, I will buy it from Jim...period. I give Jim Glass Corvette Specialist the highest possible recommendation!
