Joe did terrific work (like new!) after my car was hit in a parking lot. Worked with my insurance adjuster, performed the work ahead of schedule, and it was perfect. Excellent work, very nice owner. Very accommodating. He even helped me when the rental car agency my insurance uses tried jerking me around ("oooh, we have no car for you, even though you have a reservation. Just a box van available").JR's is great. You can trust them for perfect color matching, and bodywork that'll make it look like your neighbor never rammed her car into the back of yours. Although it's hard to forget.

My car was almost totaled from a deer hit on the NYS thruway. There was no hesitation as to who I would go to to have it repaired. J.R.s had done repairs for me in the past (also deer hits) and I was always very satisfied with the work done and how professionally it was handled with the insurance company. This occasion was as I expected. Great service as always.
