Great selection at very reasonable prices. There's not much in the way of helpful employees on the floor but when you shop there a few times we easily learn where everything is located. Well organized.

Mixed experience. I liked the selection, cleanliness of the store; however, at checkout I felt like I was in line for DMV. Associates unfriendly and judgy. I told them I didn't want to sign up, give my phone number or email and that instantly soured her. She then became more demanding and said that I wouldn't be able to make a return if I didn't give her this information. So I needed a replacement tool i called prior to going there I was told they had plenty of the tool in stock well when I got there not one wasn’t one available but there system said different the store manger Amy is the worst she is nasty gave me an attitude it was there mistake if you have to deal with Amy the store manager I feel sorry for you

The staff is rude , I never like to ask questions because I feel like I'm a bother. The return policy is not fair and they don't follow it in store. Make sure you read the fine print .

Went into store with a specific item in mind I found online. Employee looked it up and told me where to find it. Located it immediately. Also found clamps on sale on an end cap. Good visit!

Purchased a sewage pump to find out that it does not work. Went back to the store about 30 min later to find out that they don’t have any in stock. Te sales associate advised that there is a restock fee of 20% (about $60) which makes no sense, why would you restock an item that does not work. Buyer beware

I have been using Harbor Freight since well before it opened up regular stores and was only in the mail order catalogs.Their prices are much better than their competitors like Home Depot or Lowes.The quality of their tools are fine for a home owner, although may not be adequate for professionals.I joined their "Inside Track Club," which has already paid for its membership fee with discounts and cash-back coupons.

First it’s Harbor Freight so you should know what to expect beforehand walking in quality wise.This location is about a year old. I was skeptical at first because the closest is in Catskill. The Harbor Freight in Catskill has the most miserable employees in all of the Hudson Valley. Not just in Harbor Freight but at at store or any given day.So far the employees here are overall friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The parking lot is a nice size.

Don’t waste your time at this location. I walked in and the staff acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked for help trying to purchase an item that is $100. Outcome they claimed the item was out of stock but online it clearly states the item is in stock at the location. Anyway I spent my money across the street at Home Depot and the staff was helpful. I won’t step into a harbor freight again. Cheap tools, low quality, lazy staff and unfriendly.

Today Harbor Freight get only 1 out of 5. No help from any employee. Maybe they didn’t like the way I was dressed not sure, but no one asked if they could help me. I was in checkout line for 10 minutes only one cashier, and there was a line of at least five people waiting one person left because maybe they didn’t wanna wait. I waited and then I was asked for my phone number. I think asking for a phone number is a privacy issue shouldn’t need to give out our phone number when we check out.

I have been buying my tools for work at harbor freight, much cheaper than the tool truck and they are right up the road from my job. I go on my lunch break to get things I need. It's saved me thousands.
