I've been going here for years and it's gotten worse each year. I call my meds in for refill and it takes them over a week to fill them. I can't call them in early because the pharmacy won't let me. If I show up before they're ready, they always say "it'll just take me a couple minutes" and they make me wait. 25 minutes go by until my prescriptions are ready and I can hear the 4 pharmacists in the back laughing and goofing off instead of focusing on their job.
Sometimes I really can't wait 25 minutes and I say "I need to go" but they're always like "It won't take long. Just sit. I'll get it ready" and it's never ready at a decent time.
I needed antibiotics that were called in hours prior and they still weren't ready so I had to pick them up the next day.
There is absolutely no hustle with any of the pharmacists that work there.

idk, just a regular grocery store but i really like it. dece selection of organic food. rotisserie chicken, dog food, beer, local dairy, sushi, deli, bread alone. it serves my needs and the people working there are really nice and friendly to me, a lowly weekender, and my kid who sometimes steals bananas. two thumbs up.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life I sat there for hour waiting for my scripts And when they do call me they give me the script that I said i don't need And they were out of stock on the others as if it was hard to tell me that from the beginning I've never experienced anything like that.. I get its not their fault as far as them being out of stock but you don't make people sit around waiting for no reason

Hannaford has been great for me. Close by, prompt service, reminder calls, polite staff, short lines, help with locating products on the Over-the-counter section. I only had one problem in may years and that was a product needed to be refrigerated and I wasn't told.

5 star service at this pharmacy every time. Ive been filling prescriptions here for years and I will not be considering another pharmacy. Beryl and Jill consistently go above and beyond for their customers/patients. A few years ago my insurance changed and gave me reduced prices if I worked with cvs. I did not switch, but happily paid a little more to stay with this kind and compassionate team at Hannaford.Hot takes:-never experienced a computer glitch or other technical problems, always a smooth pick up-rx refill telephone system is easy to navigate-when you have to call and speak to a person they give you the time and attention required-every interaction Ive had here is customer centered. Ive never left with an unanswered question, and a few times over the years they have assisted me in getting a refill in a pinch by contacting my provider when I could not.The one negative:Their text system doesnt function very well with changes. I received texts for pick up and refills for maybe a year after changing the schedule on one of my medications. Its been a while since Ive used that feature, idk if its gotten better.

The nicest people work at this store. Which is why I come here. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but it's close to my job so early morning shopping is definitely the way to go. Nice and clean

They store is awesome! unfortunately the pharmacy 90% of the time doesn't have my Medicaid ready. I don't know if it's because they have shorter hours or what .,& since I work, for Hannaford& have medical insurance I can only go to Hannaford Pharmacy for my medication !

If I could give negative stars I would. I called to refill some meds. The girl on the phone seemed annoyed from "hello". She said my meds were filled at another store and when I asked which one she said "I don't have time for this." And hung up in me.
