I'm giving it 3 stars cuz when I went in there to get my s21 ultra fixed cuz the charger port would not work the phone died so I couldn't turn it on. Anyways the price to fix it is almost as much as the phone brand new which is stupid but I paid anyway he got it fix in under 2h and when I got it my phone felt more delayed then usual (I keep it on 60hz btw) but when I look at my phone I can see he did a horrible job putting back on the back case It looks like it ganna pop off and reading other reviews I see that someone had the same problem with the charger port and he said it stop working after 1 month 3 stars because it was fast, they were nice, but bad results and terrible price.

This place is terrible at repairs! Don't trust them with your stuff. I took a PD5 and a pair of headphones to be fixed. $300 bucks and a few months later, both are broken again! Do not do business with this place.

Very friendly, kind, caring staff. i walked in and asked them if they could fix my phone from water damage, my phone wouldn’t even turn on. they were so nice, told me everything that happened to all the parts and what they could do. they were so fast and had my phone completely fixed within an hour. great price and i highly recommend!! definitely coming back and recommending their shop to other people! :)

This is is the best phone/electronics repair place in Kingston! Very fairly priced, extremely friendly service with a very fast turnaround time. They have parking in the back and lots of Bluetooth speakers, phone cases and other electronics for sale. Highly recommend for all of your phone repair needs.

Had my grandson's screen replaced on his iPhone 11 pro. AT&T said 2 weeks to repair and had to send it out. FixNPhone repaired w/in 1 hour. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend FixNPhone! Thank you

The battery in my Android Tablet would not hold a charge and the tablet would not boot up. I took it to Fixnphone, not sure if it would work again or how long it would take to get it back. To my very pleasant surprise, I got a call from them about 3 hours later saying it was done. They were able to get the replacement battery and install it all in a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
