My 2nd visit was a nightmare. They couldn't give me a quote, couldn't give me a date that my car would be done, and wouldn't explain to me why the part broke and how they we're going to fix it. I asked if they could get a hold of the owner and they never did. After a week of waiting for my vehicle of not knowing how much it would costs me or when it would be done, I had called and was notified that my vehicle was done. After picking up my vehicle, as soon as I drove off the lot my vehicle started making metal crunching sounds in the rear. My vehicle never made this sound before I brought it in. It has been getting worst per day that goes by to the extent where it sounds like the rear of my car is going to fall out. There's so much more that I can include that happened to leave me to believe and say that this place is a SCAM! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AT ALL! If you have already and believe they have intentionally damaged your vehicle, GRAB A LAWYER! I'm currently speaking to mine and having my vehicle inspected by another shop for any intentional damages that may have been done to recieve a quote and evidence. I will post updates in here as things progress further with my lawyer and this shop.

I recently brought my F250 into Everett Motors to have them fix my truck. I had my power steering pump replaced the day before I came to New York. During the trip the pump failed. I called Rob and he told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. They did an awesome job getting it fixed and Rob was a pleasure to work with. Hands down would recommend them to anyone in the area or even traveling through that needs any work done. Thank you Rob!

My husband and I were towed on the highway en route from Western MA to the Catskills at the end of the Friday workday. Our wonderful tow truck driver recommended Everett. We called thinking there’d be a slim shot that they could squeeze us in before the weekend, but to our surprise, they said to come right in. They knew what it was like to be stranded out-of-state and had compassion for our specific circumstance. Thank goodness they did, because we would have been screwed otherwise, given the distance we still had to drive. They fixed our serpentine belt quickly on Friday, and (long story) our power steering pump hose clamp this morning. They also checked on us each day to make sure that we didn’t encounter any other problems. You just don’t meet business owners like them anymore. I also have to mention that it’s the owner/mechanic’s birthday today, and he came in first thing in the morning to make sure we were road ready. Sending the greatest expression of gratitude to the entire Everett family and staff. They far exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them to everyone we know. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll make sure to stop in and say hello!

Customer service at its absolute BEST! We ended up there by chance, and it’s not super close but this will become my regular spot for service! They went the extra mile in every aspect of servicing my daughter’s car and we couldn’t be more grateful!
