“This is my fave location to shop at and I live in Dutchess County. I live about 15 minutes from the Target closest to me and I will travel 45 minutes to this one simply because of the atmosphere. The workers are friendly and easy to find, parking is never an issue, and the lines are easy to navigate. Love love love this location!”
“Upon visiting this area for a graduation and suddenly needing a change of clothing I stopped in this store. I was so taken back by a customer while waiting in line to act so disgraceful towards the cashier. If you don't have the receipt then that's your own fault, not the stores. It was clear as day they couldn't find it, instead of causing a scene act proper. My first time in the area, lovely selection of dresses and I was fortunate to get the cashier that the other customer badgered. Outstanding young girl, professional. Made my store visit perfect. Thank you Burlington for your employees, they should be given a lot of credit for what they have to put up with.”

“Glad to have a Marshall's in the Kingston area - usually clean, sometimes could be better, but with how many people shop here I guess that is to be expected. Beware in the beauty section I have noticed more and more opened bottles/packaging/plastic seals on seemingly brand new products of ALL types... definitely check things before you buy (or you may accidentally buy broken/partially full items like I have)!!!
This location used to be a lot worse with the time spent standing in line to check out but seems like they have improved A LOT since last year. Many more associates working the registers, and can find what I want and get in and out quick most times I visit now.”
“Ron is extremely helpful! Melissa the cashier is also Awesome. I had purchased an item, I returned it and the customer service desk refused me. The item had an INSTANT coupon on it and whatever cashier I had didn't have his EYES ? Open. So the coupon has expired, so I went up to a team leader named RON. he presented a $5 gift card. That's what I call 10 ⭐ SERVICE!!!!! THANKS ONCE AGAIN, CASHIER MELISSA. AND RONNIE!!!”
“Thank God for Kohl's. I feel like it's the only place you can go in Kingston. I also enjoy shopping online and doing my returns there. The store is always kept very clean and organized. Staff are friendly. One time I was there and they even helped me pick out clothing for a special occasion. Where do you have that kind of service around here? Kohl's has great prices and sales. My only complaint is they keep giving me that Kohl's cash and I have to keep going back to the store spending more money”

“Hit or Miss place to check for your decor needs. Sometimes you get lucky and find something you've been wanting or needing for your home. If you want it, buy it. You will never see it again. Checkout is always quick here and the register employees are pleasant. Prices vary but it's even nicer when you find it on clearance. Most times the clearance is damaged so it's not worth it. Be aware, check it over before you purchase. Sometimes if you need a matching pillow you will only find one. They could improve their buyers for this store. If they could stock more furniture and larger rug sizes that would be nice.”
