I declined an ACH because I believed it to be fraudulent. The bank froze my debit card, and when I called Fraud Support, they told me I had to fax them a video of me with my drivers license. LOL, how do you fax a video? And who the heck uses fax machines in 2023? I'm going to the closest branch (1 hr drive because they keep closing locations) to close my accounts today.

Worst bank ever. I mean it. That is the worst place to walk into hoping to do business. The tellers are bearable, but the worst is the manager. Do not waste your time and money. Do not bank there. You will regret it. I can't speak about other citizens bank but this one on Wall st is a no go.....

Citizens bank does not value relationship banking anymore. They have gotten greedy as well. They charged me a $5000 late fee because I was unable to refi the balance in time, on a mortgage that was never late once in 10 years. They would not do anything to compromise because an extremely large late fee is more important than retaining my 8 other business and personal accounts with them. Bye bye Citizens, I will laugh out loud when you taken over by another institution because your deposits are dwindling so rapidly.

I've been bank with Citizens Bank in uptown Kingston for as long as I can remember. The people who work there are topnotch. The staff members are trustworthy and genuinely concerned for my well-being. They are responsive and courteous. I am very grateful for everything thing they do to make my banking experience special.

Just plain horrible, can't wait to finally close my account Tellers are friendly, but the advisors are often very young and have very little product knowledge The Manager has a bank not customer first attitude and the investment person is only available one day a week The ATM is as bad as the old one it just replaced and the 800 helpline is anything but Seeya
