I rarely write reviews and may pull this one later but here it is for now. I sadly have to agree with the negative reviews about this branch being short-handed and being unable to get a person on the phone nearly 100% of the time.The branch suggested I meet with the manager re expanding my business with branch and I went to arrange that mtg. Cannot get them on the phone and tried via the website scheduler. Cannot choose to meet with the mgr on that site, so I'm scheduled with someone else who may say in person I cannot meet the manager, that he's booked.The site requested my feedback which I entered there. Here it is copied to this review:>>Are you satisfied with the Scheduler:No, wanted to speak to someone at the branch, but that isn't possible as per many your critical reviews stating this. I agree, those reviews are accurate and it makes me VERY apprehensive about working with Chase and/or this branch, since I cannot get a person on the phone probably 90+% of the time. Today it's 100% after many tries.Thus, I did not want to schedule online, and now that I have, I cannot select a meeting with the manager of the branch, which is the POINT of the meeting! That he suggested we meet. My meeting is currently with someone else, who I've asked in 120-characters or less to confirm I'll be meeting with the manager. It's a mess and should be corrected.NOTE: I will add to this review that once you are seen at the counter, at least in my experience, the tellers are very helpful and I appreciate them, but there's a lot more to banking and business banking than this.

We worked with Samantha when we went into this branch last week, and Samantha is absolutely amazing!!!! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, warm and genuine - she made our experience at the Kingston Chase branch seamless - wish every human interaction was like the one we had with Samantha - thank you so much for helping us, you made everything so easy!

It's a small branch - not sure what everyone expects from them. I never had any issues here. Yes, they need more people to work but so does every other place across the United States.

I'd leave a 0 if I could , manager is very rude , stated policies on website and verified by 3 customer service reps and 1 supervisor are just lies ... supervisor even filed a complaint against this branch for not complying with policies .

The whole company of chase aside, I have nothing but great service and help from the branch employees who have always gone above and beyond to help me with opening accounts, close accounts for my business and helping to notarize important documents for me. Thank you

They need more employees, I went to open an account and they said the next availability is in two weeks, and even if I open an account online I can't pick up my card in person. I thought switching from my local bank to chase would be easier, fast and better service. Prepare for a long wait time when opening an account

I come to this bank around once a year. Everything everyone says is true. So, some people will have a great experience and some will definitely not. The bank is small and not set up for crowds. That cost them a star. The tellers are friendly but there is never enough of them. People upstate are not used to big bank rules. They don't take cash. They ask for more ID than they need. For a city boy, like me, this is normal. But for the wonderful people of Kingston, where everyone is just friendly, it is not welcoming. The sad thing is that the rural banks are all disappearing. So, if you are from the city, the bank doesn't move as fast as others but a lot of that has to do with customers not understanding why they can't do things. If you are from upstate and don't mind the lines but like a more friendly bank, Chase is probably not the place for you.

Useless branch. They have been "temporarily closed" several times I have gone on Saturday. Went just now and it's closed and the atm does not work. Should just pull all our money out and use a local small bank.

Really terrible service here. I want to say you need to call before you go because they might be closed or too busy to help you, but they don’t answer their phone. I’ve started driving to Albany instead because going to this branch is a waste of time.

Costumer service is horrendous. They never answer the phone.Go to Wells Fargo of Bank of America for a better service.

Kingston branch staff never answers their phone! I have to call New Paltz branch to get answers to questions. And the 24 hour ATM is always broken! Went today to deposit a check but the machine doesn’t work. Waste of my Sunday and of $4.00 per gallon gasoline driving there. Ridiculous. Unprofessional.

Been dealing with fraud and can not believe the help that I received from Dixie and now I was having issues getting money into my account and it was fixed within minutes by Tom! They have been so amazing and went above and beyond to help I am so grateful! It almost felt like I was dealing with a small hometown bank not a big chain. Can't comment on others but these two have made me feel fantastic knowing my money is in good hands

It's a small Chase Bank but it does have an 24 ATM but it's the only chase in Kingston that has a 24 hr ATM and a walk in teller
