What a lovely magical place! I had a little ceremonial cacao and was able to walk Kingston, while my heart was completely open, felt like my own little private ceremony that day exploring around town. The shop is beautiful and clean with a nice vibe and they work closely with the farmers in South America where they harvest their cacao and herbs from. Margaret, who made my iced cacao was very sweet too.
If you are into ceremonial cacao and her magic - you’re in for a real treat.

What a pleasant time spent here. I bought some chocolate because I was intrigued by the flavors. Came back later and tried the Ceremonial Cacao and let Margaret make the suggestions as to how to have it. It was a nice flavor and I don't care for really sweet, sugary drinks her suggestion small amount of sweetness was perfect. When in conversation I mentioned I was waiting for a ride to come and it would be awhile, she suggested I sit in their nook and it was a most enjoyable hour spent. This is a very different establishment. As a vegan I was blown away and will return.

Chocolates are good but the drinks wasn’t worth it for me, even with sweetener taste was too thick. If you don’t like hot chocolate mixed in water, ask for milk. That could be better than with water.

This summer I was on vacation with my cousin and she brought some delicious Cacao Lab vegan milk chocolate bars in different flavors like matcha and cardamom for me to try that were to die for! I've been wanting to go to the shop ever since and today was the day. The vibe, the people, the service, and the goodies were top notch. Federico made me a delicious cacao drink after telling him I'd love something energizing, cozy, and not too sweet. I'll for sure be back next time I'm in Kingston and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! If you can't make it to Kingston, they sell their products online too which I was excited to learn. Can't wait for my next visit!

First time stopping in after a charity bike ride in the city. Went in and had a warm welcome from one of the owners Federico. He advised me to try a few things and everything was awesome. He made me a nice warm cacao drink on what told him I liked. The drink was perfect and was very good.... I will be back and highly recommend to try it out if you are in the area!

Highly recommended if you like cacao. You can get drinks and chocolate to go at the counter or take some home from the shelf.

A gem nestled in historic Kingston! Ceremonial cacao is typically a quite bespoke product but Cacao Lab makes its accessible to all! You can create your own cacao beverage with different adaptive s or superfoods, or enjoy one of their elemental blends. Earth blend is my current fave It's a family owned shop which I totally love. Kind service & genuinely happy to be sharing cacao with the world.
