Didn't like the previous owner installed radio. Told Burt what I was looking for. He was able to fix all the mistakes the previous owner did and gave me all of what I was looking for. Glad I chose his store.

Burt is fantastic. Through the last few years he helped me with fixing a wrong that another local vendor messed up with my car stereo. That interaction was so positive that when it was time to upgrade my turntable and sound system, I went to him. His knowledge is unparalleled in the area. After two years with my turntable, something went wrong with it (manufacture issue), Burt went above and beyond to fix my turntable and returned it to me in better working order then when it was brand new. It's rare to find such an expert in any field these days. Show some support for a local business and make this man your go-to. You won't be sorry. (he can be a little prickly, but look passed it and see how kind this man is)

Got a set of Audeze headphones and they came with no adapter from 1/4 to 3.5 mm. I called every place in Kingston, this was the only place in town that even had one. I will have to come chat with the guy some day, he seems pretty nice!

I went into Burt's on Saturday to look at car stereos. He gave me the run down on what he had available, I picked one out, he installed it the same day (he loves Toyotas, like me!), and I'm very happy. It's that simple. Burt put in some dash speakers for my on my Mazda. It was a tight job with some wire splicing. He did a great job.
