I let my Macbook go too long with a bad battery and it finally refused to boot up. I needed to get the new battery in quickly. I called Brainstorm and they were able to take me right away. My Mac was fixed within hours. Thank you!

Very quick response and service. David gave a clear and detailed explanation of the problem and proposed solution and offered solid suggestions of other services to consider. He communicated when he said he would and delivered a newly energized computer in a timely fashion.
