Today I was in Barnes and Noble and saw an elderly man who appeared to have just gotten out of the hospital. I think he was waiting for a ride so perhaps he had taken a bus to the store. He had used a small shopping cart from Marshalls to lean against in case he fell, but was seated in the cafe area with the cart next to him. An employee went up to him and informed him that he couldn't use a cart from another store in Barnes and Noble, and proceeded to wheel the cart outside. I think it's very unfortunate that society can't show respect as well as compassion to the elderly nor people with disabilities, but instead, choose appearance over kindness. The man only needed the cart for a brief period of time. Perhaps, he is waiting to receive a walker or cane? Anyway, I hope the employee that showed a lack of compassion and humility won't have to deal with the same unfortunate attitude she bestowed upon this man when she's older.

I don’t live in the area, so it was nice to see a Barnes & Noble. Very nice Barnes & Noble, the staff were very friendly, and they had an amazing selection.

barnes and noble is nice never had an issue there at all, its the starbucks there. i wish i could just review the starbucks seperately from the bookstore but I cant so this is my way of doing that… The starbucks here is pretty bad, all the staff are really nice but man the expresso is always burnt and it tastes so bad, the only good thing i got from here was a chai latte but thats super hard to mess up… buy the books not the coffee :(

No Complaints for the Barnes and Noble, but the Starbucks in there and I are having a problem. I have got to a couple different Starbucks around me and they are pretty consistent and good, but the one here has never failed to not burn the espresso. The workers there are really nice people but the coffee is the opposite

Absolutely love the new location. It's set up so clean and nice. The staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile. Best bookstore around.
