Always always a long line (been waiting 20minutes and arrived exactly at 10am) never enough tellers, doesn't open till 10am.... Huge profit margins though but refuse to hire staff??

Eileen Gumbel (at the counter) is GREAT - pleasant, professional, sincere, very customer focused. Ever hear the term "banker's hours"... ? This branch is an example of that. They are open 10 to 4 Monday through Friday - 30 hours a week... bit of a joke.

I’ve had overall good service over the years but today when I arrived at 9:25am to get a cashiers check I find the lobby closed until 10 am. How ridiculous is that? 10am really? Business is already happening by that time. Now, not even the bankers are working “ bankers’ hours”. That’s not good customer service.

Terrible customer service. Nina and the remaining employees were standing around talking when I walk in and then tell me they can’t help me because they are “busy” everyone sure pretended to be busy real quick. I’m closing my account with Bank of America and telling everyone I know to stay far away from this sad excuse of a financial institution.

Since I can't give them a zero I will give them a one. Doing my loan modification has been the worst experience of my entire life. They've treated me horribly and asked for papers again and again that I've sent many times. The most unorganized unethical organization I have ever come across in my entire life. I warn everyone never get a mortgage or refinance or deal with Bank Of America in anyway. It will only cause you extreme grief and pain.

I'm only give a star just to give my review. Bad customer service. Their rude and mean. They make you waite a long time while the laugh and tell jokes. Some people are lazy so obvious. Over crowded lines if people and not enough staff. Worst experienced and worst people to work with.

I stopped using this bank and I will never use this bank ever. I had a check over 200.00 dollars and could only get my check 200.00 then and 200.00 a few days later. You'd think for a bank that charges they would have better service. They aren't helpfully at all and could learn some customer service manners.

Oh Mylanta...my day the other day when I came into this location to take out money from my Money Market IRA was disaster. Not only did it take 20+ minutes to be noticed on the benches (waiting for someone to appear), but the time spent waiting also showed what I thought originally. No one really cared since all employees were either on-break or helping out behind the counter. We had noticed others in some of the cubby alcoves in the customer service, that weren't being attended to by bank employees. But then when someone did come over to greet us and find out what brings us in, Matthew really shined. He discussed the bank's policy, and then when we discussed about the tax implications of the withdrawal (under 59+1/2), he had to get someone else to ensure there was other ways to go about the withdrawal. He tried to mention how we could waive other things, but then the person he called over said it could be rolled over after another 13 months after this years annual rollover into an CD account - of which I'm still looking into information about these at this bank. I might not have been too happy going in (and when writing this review's early portion), but it's the honest truth that things got better the longer my experience lasted - although unpleasant it was to wait there without feeling noticed by other employees (not something this bank tends to excel at - at other branches, I'm noticed and am taken care of or notified that I'm awaiting a spot with a bank employee).
