Wonderful customer service, beginning to end. The first order was too small so they worked closely w me to make sure there was an easy fast exchange. For me, it was a big splurge, a dream piece, and I was relieved it was treated as such. This is the beauty of shopping small. Highly recommend.

At Land is magical space of impeccable curated home goods and fashion. There is so much soul and care put into every item. I highly recommend stopping in for a one of a kind shopping experience and a one stop shop for gifts for loved ones.

This is among the best curated shops in the Hudson valley. The things I have bought from this store, I have never let go of. Such a treat of a shop. Online also great, ships quickly and the packaging is impeccable. Great for gifts. Love it!

I always feel like I am being "watched" at this store. Every time I look or pick something up one employee in particular never leaves my side and when I went to go use the bathroom (which is gorgeous) I was told that bc of covid it was closed but I've been a customer of their's since July and use the bathroom multiple times during "peak pandemic".. I get it but at least lock the door or put up a sign, don't make customers feel weird about that. I tried on a dress and felt like the cashier was just standing there and not letting me take my time to see if I liked it. Many items are not priced which makes it awkward to ask if something is way out of your budget.I do love all the brands they have there but there could be more of a range of affordable clothing within the brands but again I do understand the need to pay for quality.I've bought many things from here nice sunglasses, perfume, planters, clothing and candles but I might be looking elsewhere to purchase these brands. I really feel weird about my customer service interaction and it will for sure impact me returning in the future. I guess I don't look rich enough to have the peace of mind of walking into a store and have a pleasant experience like other people I see walk in and be treated way differently
