Met with sales manager Randy Vellegas to discuss possibly getting a new bed. Explained my health issues and he was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!! He introduced me to the Purple bed and demonstrated 3 of them and explained everything he was a complete joy to work with! I purchased the purple bed along with the adjustable bed frame and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! It’s been a week and I sleep much better and literally wake up refreshed!! Delivery was ok, won’t go into detail but it was fine. Thank you again Randy!!

Had a great experience in the store, they gave us the space to look around and take our time. Anthony helped us out and was very patient, as we discussed all the different options. We had our new couches delivered 3 days later -- very pleased!

Michelle is great. Respectful of privacy to talk amongst each other. Very knowledgeable. She does not try to put you in something you don't need. She says in your budget and does not try to upset. Will definitely be back.

Marvelous experience. Sales person , Michelle, was perfect. Knowledgeable, informative, amiable- and above all, not pushy.She made me feel comfortable and therefore confident in my purchase.The store itself had annoying music.

I only intended on making a small purchase and to get ideas for my new home. I ended up meeting with the wonderful salesperson Shanon who took great care of me and actually helped me put together a wonderful living space. Will definitely be back again!

THESE LAZY GOOD FOR NOTHING TRASHBAGS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I LITERALLY CALLED IT FOR AN HOUR AND NOBODY PICKED UP. I DON'T CARE OF THEY WERE BUSY, HAVE THE RESPECT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND SAY SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU OR THEY WILL RETURN THE CALL. OH WELL THEY LOST A $15,000 SALE. I KNOW MY MONEY DOESN'T MAKE OR BREAK THE STORE BUT GUESS WHAT. I PLAN ON PURCAHSING A LOT MORE FURNITURE FOR MY OTHER HOUSES AND LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL LOSE OUT ON A TOTAL OF ABOUT $60,OOO MAYBE MORE. SOMEONE LOST OUT ON A NICE COMMISSION. MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU WON'T BE SO LAZY, YA MORONS OFF TO ANOTHER STORE

Working with Shanon was a pleasure! She was very relatable and transparent with me and my spouse as this is our first time buying furniture for our new home. She let us know what would be best for us without being pushing and forcing us into anything but also made the whole experience really quick and easy. We will be working with Shanon again in the future!

It would be great if someone would actually answer the phone or atleast have an answering machine to leave a message. In stead phone rings a few times and just hangs up.
